He fixed the problem for a very reasonable price and got my system up to code. He even so generously installed my dryer to make sure it was all working. Roy, the owner, was very polite from our first interaction. He called while I was busy and although I said I'd call him back I got caught up and forgot. Roy followed up a few days later and I am so glad he did. He wasnt pushy, like some other companies I called. His price was reasonable and his team was very punctual. Communication with this guy is ridiculously unprofessional and a joke. I have been going back in forward with this guy Doug since May 2021. The brand new unit that he installed in my rental property only worked properly for two weeks!. After a ton of phone calls he came back out maybe 2 or 3 times, but did not resolve the issue nor did he know exactly what the problem was. He tried to put the problem on the ducts being dirty, I said ok no problem I will get them clean, I paid a company $60.00 to come look at the ducks, they said the ducks are dirty, but there is a leak in the system and they cannot proceed until the leak is fixed. So then I decided to call another company out ($80.00) just to come check out the unit to see if they could figure out the problem, they said the Air handler was installed incorrectly and until it is re installed correctly the unit will continue to leak. I pointed this out to Doug and he said he will take a look at it, 1 month later and still not a single thing done, I even took off of work twice so I can meet him there and of course he did not show up. There is so much more details I can get into, but I'm trying to keep it short. Writing bad reviews is not my thing, but at this point i have no other option. I spent $5500 with this guy and now I'm going to have to spend more money to fixed something he wont.
