At Ajayi Design + Construction, our pricing is transparent and based on your exact scope of work—not generic estimates. We provide a clear written proposal outlining labor, materials, and any specialty trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). We offer free estimates, and design support/3D renderings may be available depending on the project. Permit costs are discussed upfront, and if anything unexpected is discovered during demo, we review options with you before moving forward. No hidden fees—just clear communication and quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Ajayi Design + Construction, we make the remodeling experience organized, transparent, and stress-free. Our process is designed to keep you informed, protect your budget, and deliver high-quality work from start to finish. Our typical process includes: Initial Consultation We start with a quick phone call or message to learn about your goals, timeline, and budget. Site Visit + Measurements We schedule an on-site walkthrough to assess the space, take measurements, and discuss design ideas and scope. Estimate + Project Proposal You’ll receive a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, labor, and timelines—so you know exactly what to expect. Design + Planning (if needed) If your project involves layout changes or you want to visualize the finished space, we can provide design support and 3D renderings before construction begins. Schedule + Pre-Construction Prep Once approved, we confirm your start date, coordinate materials, permits (if required), and trade schedules. Construction + Project Management Our team manages each phase—from demo to build-out—while keeping the jobsite clean and communication consistent. Final Walkthrough + Closeout We complete a final walkthrough with you, address punch list items, and ensure you’re fully satisfied before we close out the project. Ajayi Design + Construction is backed by a combination of professional training, hands-on construction experience, and design expertise. We take pride in delivering high-quality renovations that are not only beautiful, but also safe, durable, and code-compliant. Our qualifications include: Licensed General Contractor (GC) Georgia “Blue Card” holder (State of Georgia) GA RRP Certified (Renovation, Repair & Painting – lead-safe practices for applicable homes) Interior Design experience, allowing us to support clients with layout planning, material selections, finishes, and overall design direction In addition, we stay current on: Local building codes and permitting requirements Industry best practices for remodeling and renovation Proper installation standards across drywall, framing, flooring, bathrooms, and more This blend of construction expertise and design support helps us guide customers through the entire process—from concept to completion—with confidence and clarity.
