Hello AllJust finished getting my roof replaced by Modern Roofing and Restoration and I couldnt be more happy with the job Chris Nunez and his team did. From the very first meeting with Chris through all the madness with my insurance company Chris was right there. When I tell you this company went above and beyond their call of duty. I know for a fact without the work Chris and Modern Roofing did, I could never had gotten it done on my own. I loved the fact that if Chris said he was going to be there at a certain time, there was never a doubt hed be there. Chris let me know what was going on every step of the way, he even worked with my insurance company to ensure I was able to get everything needed to have my roof replaced. Now I have a brand new, absolutely BEAUTIFUL new roof and when I got home, the guys had done an exceptional job cleaning up. These guys worked all day and got the job done with no problem. Modern Roofing has great deals and are extremely professional. I have more work needed on my home and I have already scheduled the work to be done by them. I have never been made to feel so comfortable and at ease with any other company. Job well done guys. You ALL Rock!!! Kudos to Modern Roofing and Restoration.

Luis & Chris were very professional from start to finish, walked me through the entire process from start to finish did a fantastic job with my roof and after they were done cleaned up so that I wouldn't even know they were here. Would definitely recommend Modern Roofing & Restoration for your roofing needs .

This company agreed to do my job,I denied all other contractors and when ready to start the guy simply said he got another work and cannot do. This has delayed the work and another search. I will not recommend him to anyone as he looks honest but is like a wolf in lamb clothing. Please beware.
