Paul and the entire team is incredible! We hired them to install a fluted marble backsplash. The time and care they put into the project was so appreciated! I’ve hired many contractors in the past and have never had such excellent communication as I did with Paul! I have already hired his team to complete an electrical project and I will absolutely hire them again!!

Paul Santos just finished a beautiful upgrade in my 23 year old kitchen, by removing my old backsplash and installing a gorgeous new stone one. Paul made a quick response to my initial contact and followed through quickly with his estimate. I feel that we covered all the details and all questions were answered to my satisfaction before agreeing to start the project. He was flexible regarding materials procurement and scheduling. He provided proof of insurance as requested. Paul arrived on time with his helper, who actually laid the tile. They did a great job covering my wood floors and all countertops for protection. Paul oversaw all aspects of the installation, checking with me on the few small changes made. They were tidy throughout and the cleanup was thorough. Paul made a final inspection, making a few touch ups to insure the job perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price because every job is different: I really don't want to give a price with out seeing the job first. I think that would not be fair for both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try my best to please my customers. I strongly believe they are the reason why I have a job everyday. A happy customers is what makes me happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Had work so many years for big companies and they all require training in all the areas. I have train in demolition,preparation,installation,Self-protection, cleaning.
