Everything about this training facility is wonderful. The people are amazing, and they all help you feel comfortable. Doc is always attentive and very knowledgeable. I have been training a little over a month, and I definitely feel a difference physically and mentally. I highly recommend for everyone, but especially women looking for prenatal training. Beyond 5 stars!

After training with Courtney for almost 3 months, I can attest to Courtney's professional knowledge, enthusiasm, and result-driven attitude. My goal is to tone, and get fitter. To that end, Courtney created a custom whole body workout for me. He guides me in working all parts of my body, arms, chest, legs, and even cardio. He pays attention to my forms closely, making sure I get the most out of my workout, and also not to get hurt. I'll definitely be training with Courtney for the foreseeable future! If you are on the fence about having a personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness goal, you owe it to yourself to at least have a trial session with Courtney!
I just started with Chris after finding his profile and reviews on Thumbtack. Just had my 2nd session with him this morning. He is completely genuine and has the patience and understanding I need to begin my fitness journey after 3 years away from activity. I truly enjoy Chris's company and his training style is a great mix of coaching and encouragement. Knowing I will see him at our next session will keep me accountable to make good choices. I started working with David in September of 2017 and have really enjoyed training with him. I began working with David in hopes of getting toned and learning more focused practices I could use in the gym. He has educated me in full-body training, and I can now burn more calories while also strengthening multiple areas at the same time ... all in LESS time then I was spending in the gym previously. However, I have been most impressed and appreciative in David's approach to training. He also spends training time on realignment and body aches (when needed or requested). On our first session he immediately identified concerns with my hips, stemming from years of ballet (i.e. constant turn out) and we have also been working on strengthening my back. I occasionally have backaches from my job (driving, desk work, heavy lifting) and he helps me stretch into the affected areas on weeks when I'm sore. After 4 months with David I have noticeable results in my core, endurance and body alignment. He has completely improved how I approach my work outs alone. I love that he challenges me, but that I always feel successful and accomplished in our workouts. He greatly varies my workouts each week, and he has a gym full of awesome equipment that I had never tried before! This is one of the best investments I have made for improving my lifestyle ... I highly recommend a commitment with David!
I signed up for couple's training a few months ago with Malcolm and our experience has been great! He's always on time and delivers a strong workout with different kind of simple equipment and exercise (plus running). You can't beat the value! We've really enjoyed it so far.

I'm a cricketer and have been training with Bakar for 2 months since the turn of the year and I must say it's been worthwhile. I came to him requesting improved performance when I play and the drills and regimen we've implemented have been so effective and I can really see the change. Thanks buddy.
I had my first workout with Kevin this week and he is an outstanding trainer. He is very thorough in explaining why he is taking you though each of the workout paces and what the outcome will be if you follow his training plan. Though I hadn't worked out in a while, it was not a painful or stressful session. It was actually fun!!! I wish I had know about Kevin sooner but I'm training with the best now. I have been working with Jeff for about five years. We were both brand new to the training thing so we learned what works together. The amazing thing is he helped me lose 100 lbs. and the first 60 lbs. was in only eight months! Over the next few years he, expanded his training and expertise in a way that makes him very unique. Working out with Jeff is like active therapy. He listens, cares and says things that really make me think about my relationship with food, people and myself. I have worked with other trainers and there truly is no one like Jeff! I will always be very thankful for his help.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had, not only in terms of training but also in knowledge. Jerome is a very experienced, brilliant, and kind man and father who has a military background and have helped so many people through competing and training. He can tailor workouts to any goal you have, and he is very knowledgable in everything from corrective exercises to sports science. It was very enjoyable just talking to him and getting to know each other, and I definitely look forward to meeting with him again!
The class was well structure and her delivery was entertaining and captivating. The training was 80 percent hands-on, all material covered and very effective, look forward to next class in 2 years.
I went through strength and conditioning training with FitU and received a nutritional meal plan. I set a goal and have already achieved my first milestone! I'm stronger, leaner and eating clean!
I couldn't wait to get to the gym most days. Damon made my workout experience fun! He utilized skilled techniques to get the most out of my muscles. The knowledge that he shared on how each muscle impacts and supports the opposite one allowed for a better understanding and appreciation of my target goal. His stretching techniques allowed mobiliity that I haven't had since I was a teenager. He was careful and considerate of my previous problematic areas (my back) and made sure to balance train to refrain from re-injuring it. Best of all, the In-home training option was TOP of the line. I got a complete workout without having to take a step outside. He used basic excerise tools, like a stretch band, jump rope, hand wheel and your own body resistance to put together a complete workout system that you would enjoy doing 3-4 times a week without getting bored. He's the real deal!
Islam is the best trainer I've ever worked with by far. He's personable, attentive, and totally dedicated to achieving my goals. Training is always the highlight of my day and I'm thrilled with my progress!
I have been training with Larry for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier! My fitness level has greatly improved and I have seen quite a difference in my physical appearance. More importantly, I am excited to work out! Larry is a great instructor; patient yet motivates me to achieve more; and adds humor when I need it during a tough workout.

Training with this guy has been an incomparable experience! He's helped me lose 20% body fat and gained enough muscle to mention him at my Thanksgiving table lol. All in all, I'd recommend him to anyone based on his professionalism and broad knowledge of nutrition and workouts.
