We purchased an older home and apparently the ducts had either never been cleaned or it had been a number of years, but Tim did a thorough job of cleaning the ducts, noticed that the furnace also needed cleaning (helped us with the filter) and he identified mold in 2 of the vents and made sure they were treated and cleaned. We hadn't planned on the added costs but was very happy with the quality of work performed by Tim to get us to clean air!
