I called them and they got back with me and set up a time to quote the job within a couple of hours. Great customer service and was a very sincere contractor. Told me exactly what I needed and there was no assumptions made about any part of the entire process. Very friendly and a comfort to know that the person I had working for me understood my vision but also understood that if they ran into any issue that they were more than willing to discuss the issue with me and move forward with the best plan of action. Professional and willing to change plan of attack if needed. The quality of work done was 10/10. I’m very happy with my back porch now vs the way it looked before they got here. Thank you so much TGR for doing an outstanding job.
P.S. also had vehicle troubles one day and those guys stepped in and showed me what the problem was. Again, thank you so much and very appreciative.
