FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services depending on the client's goals and needs. We typically charge for sessions up front at 3 month and 6+ months on contract. Our price includes: – Fitness Assessment including circumference measurements, caliper body fat, weigh-in, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility test. – We bring fitness to you, so we will come train you in person with my own equipment or show you how to use your own – Use of Online Training App with workout videos and R.D. approved meal plan (optional) in conjunction to in-person training – Option for in-person, online, and/or blended training (both online and in person) We also offer training packages, professional meal plans, and discounted rates when you book your training session with a longterm training package. Please let me know if you have any questions. We’d love to set up a time for a free phone/skype consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to have them complete a new client questionnaire, complete a free phone consultation, as well as send a link to our bio and services. Once goals have been established, then other required documents need to be signed in order to start training. Those documents may include a Par-Q form, waiver of liability, and personal training contract. If the client has any chronic health issues, a medical release form may be needed by their doctor in order to begin training. Lastly, we would send an invoice to pay for the training sessions and schedule all training sessions.
