Mark Best at Rayon Electrical is a blessing to me and my wife. He and his all of his team were polite, friendly, and took a little time to just chat with us old folks. They ran power from my house to my new shed a little over 100 feet from the house (and house is on a crawl space). It was a very clean job with barely any noticeable evidence that a job was just completed. They left my home and land clean and we could not have asked for anything more. Mr. Cates was the first to respond to my need for a heating repair person. He was willing to give us an early morning appointment for tomorrow, and the cost to come was extremely fair. However, because it is very cold this evening, an acquaintance was able to come out today to do the repair so we did not have the pleasure to obtain services from Mr. Cates. Still, his professionalism was extremely apparent even through his email responses. If the heating unit does not stay operable we will certainly call him to do the repair.

We hired Jairo to repair the kitchen ceiling that was damaged because of a bath tub water leak. He figured out that there was a bigger problem and not just the bath tub and fixed that issue too and perfectly fixed the ceiling. He worked late and communicated very often and sent a lot of great pictures.
