- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not give out discounts since I stand behind my pricing and product I deliver 100%. I am never going to be the cheapest but I know the quality I provide is well worth the money spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically will speak on the phone and arrange a walk through of the space they are wanting to renovate. Once there, take measurements, discuss their ideas, answer any questions they may have and then within a few days send them the proposal for review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a project manager for several years in commercial construction and continued to learn both sides of the business.
