This is my first time requesting the services of a personal trainer and I was a bit apprehensive at first but after my first free consultation with Doc and explaining my concerns with my physique, health and exercing and he made me feel completely at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable  in his profession and knows what he's talking about. We discussed my medical history and what id be comfortable with in regards to a trainer. He had paired me up with his head trainer DeAri. DeAri is by far an amazing trainer, she's professional with me from the start and focuses on me during all of our training in sessions. She's attentive and focuses on how I'm performing each workout and checks in with me to make sure I'm not overworking my injury or if I'm in pain. I've been with DeAri for almost 2 months now and I really enjoy it so far.

I hired Ricky from American Fitness Center as my personal trainer in April 2016 and I am very pleased with his personal training services thus far!! I have only been training with him for a little over one month and I can already see and feel noticeable differences in my body. My strength and endurance have increased. I believe I have lost inches and maybe some pounds - based on feedback I have gotten from coworkers, how my clothes now fit, and from what I see when I look in the mirror. I have not met my fitness goals yet but I have no doubt that if I keep training hard with Mr. Ricky I will get there sooner than later. Ricky is very knowledgeable about the body, health, and fitness/training. He pushes you to your limit and that is the type of motivation I need. Training with David has helped me to loose over 20 lbs. in 3 months. I know every woman will say "yeah that may be easy for you because you have time" but I have just the opposite. Prior to training with FitU I felt as if I had no time to eat healthy, hydrate properly or even exercise as I myself help people acheive their health care goals. As a chiropractor running an extremely busy practice, mother to a high school student, wife to an ill husband and having to commute 45 minutes sometimes an hour in Atlanta traffic each way to work 5-6 days a week I knew that I didn't have time to work out or so I thought. David texted me frequently giving great suggestions on food choices and advised me that working out at least 30 minutes a day with him on my lunch break was better than not doing anything at all. He has truly changed my outlook on working out forever. He is very understanding to each individual's situation and he truly wants to see you accomplish your fitness goals. I am still on my weight loss journey but the changes that I've made this far I know that I can continue on.

I initially started a weight loss and diet program the last part of 2017 tipping the scale at around 275 lbs. I started training with Tabari in March of 2018.I was just at 250 lbs and I knew it was time to kick it up a notch. Working with Tabari I've learned more about my body and how to properly retrain my muscles for maximum strength and resistance. Today I weigh in at 216 and there is yet more for me to accomplish. With the pounds falling away I'm starting to see more definition and I am feeling better and better about my overall health and well-being. At 55 years old I look and feel better than I ever have in my life.

I've been training with Crystal for 8 weeks now and also signed up to get a meal plan from her. It has been a great experience. I've lost several pounds and inches and my overall health has improved. I love that she offers a nutritionist approved meal plan. The meal plan is user-friendly, improved my results and helped get my family on track with healthy eating. Our training sessions are tough but doable and Crystal is great at motivating and pushing me to do my best. I count it all joy that I was able to meet Frank Wall through a networking event years ago. Frank's passion for health and wellness inspired me to live a better and more fruitful life. He was my personal trainer for approx. 2 yrs. During that time, not only did I loose weight, but changed my eating habits and made health and fitness a lifestyle. Actually the anxiety of taking that first step into the gym again was decreased tremendously from the moment I met Candice. After years of a sedentary lifestyle, diabetes, hypertension and obesity I decided it was time to spend a little time on me like I spend time on others. Never a fan of working out with a crowd or doing the same routine over and over.... Southern Flex mobile training made working out convient for my busy lifestyle. After just 2 short months I was able to stop my blood pressure medications and my A1c decreased by *4* points. I could go on and on about the benefits of having my trainer but most of all having someone that truly cares about my health and my physical ability to move again has given me the hope that I need to push forward in a time that I thought that I was a lost cause. I am so glad I made that call and I appreciate Candice more than words, but my Health can describe.

I was a bit skeptical when I began the course with my health coach, Candace Williams. I was surprised to find after each session that I felt more and more confident that I was on my way to a new healthy life. The things I was learning were having a big impact on my perspective and attitude. Positive optimism slowly took over and though consistent life style change for me was slow to incorporate, it did happen. As long as I did not give up I knew the information I was being given would make a difference. My health began to improve. I began to lose weight and my blood pressure lowered. My sweet cravings and munchie cravings went away. I began to enjoy real food (fruits & vegetables) more and more. Now self-control is expected as the norm for me! When I went looking for a Personal Trainer, I never expected to get everything that I wanted: a trainer specializing in the female physique and a private all female facility. What I did get was more than I could have ever asked for. I am a 53 year young woman who, in the past had been very health conscience; however, I had let that slide over the past 10 years and found myself unable to use the stairs without running out of breath. I was not obese (about 20lbs overweight), but I was totally out of shape. I began my return to fitness on September 2, 2013 and was given a diet plan as well as personalized small group circuit training which I attend three days a week. I feel fantastic! The training is tough, I'm not going to mislead you, but the results are there. The women that I work out with have become my inspiration and teammates in fitness. I'm in my 7th week of training at Atlanta Fitness Diva and I'm addicted. If you are thinking about a Personal Trainer, you could not pick a more one-on-one approach. Come on, you CAN DO IT! Terri C.

Gene is the only person that I have worked with who actually got me results. I started out 190 pounds and with his training and nutritional expertise I got down to 135 pounds! I had not been this size since I was in high school. During that time he also trained me for my 1st and 2nd figure competitions. Are nutritionists covered by health insurance?

Much like a health coach, a holistic wellness coach is focused on your well-being and meets with you in one-on-one sessions to help you identify and reach your targeted goals. A holistic wellness coach will typically have you take all components of your life into account when working to achieve your goals.
