Latrice M. says, "I originally called to schedule an appointment for a diagnosis for my leaking bathroom faucet. They were able to come out the same day which was not expected. The technican showed up within an hour or so. Confirmed what I assumed was the problem and quoted me a price. I was previously quoted a lower price and advised I would probably go with the other technician. David requested to check the water heater as it is part of the free estimate. Turns out my water heater was on its last leg and did not have much time remaining. He quoted me a price for the water heater which I proceeded to have replaced as I know the price to pay for a flooded basement & water heater would have been out of my reach. He replaced the water heater and my bathroom faucet as I had previously purchased a new faucet. David was professional, proficient, and cleaned up after himself. I was truly impressed with his work ethic, between the diagnosis for both my faucet and the water heater and picking up a water heater, replacing it by himself was a lot of work for one person. However, he managed and did a great job! I will definitely keep their number in my contacts for future reference."See more

Jakiya King says, "DaCosta Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our main water line! From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. The crew worked hard, completed the installation properly, and even took the time to put our grass and yard back after digging. Lets be realistic: when youre having an underground water line replaced, some disruption to your lawn is expected. What matters is how the company handles the job and stands behind its work. What impressed us most was the 10-year warranty they provided. That speaks volumes about their confidence in the quality of their workmanship. Some people expect perfection without understanding what goes into major plumbing repairs, but we appreciate a company that communicates, does quality work, and takes responsibility for its services. We couldnt be happier with DaCosta Plumbing and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, professional plumbing company. Five stars well deserved!"See more

Cleyon installed a tankless water heater for us in December 2023. Within 3 months it was showing error codes and I contacted him for more than 6 months asking for warranty help. He eventually responded and said he would come, but did not. Since it was under warranty, I was told by Rheem that it was important to have the original installer see it. Eventually he came at 14 months, out of repair warranty, only parts covered now. He told me how to get the part from Rheem, but was not willing to do it himself. Fearing he wouldn't help me if I didn't, I contacted Rheem who had a several month backorder on the part. When I finally was able to get the part, and requested the promised repair using said part, he text me first that he was "out of the country for threee months." Then later "we are no longer in business." I had another plumber come out and was immediately told that the tankless is incorrectly installed and I need to spend almost $4,000 to get it re-installed correctly. Luckily, I have a good lawyer and a lot of free time to pursue this dishonest man.
