The concept of the gym is great. Low cost personal training. The issues I had with my membership were as follows: (1) Maybe I totally missed this when I was reviewing the gym on Thumbtack but it is not personal training in the sense of one on one training. You will be paired with at least one other person during training. (2) The individual I was paired to train with was not matched to my fitness level. I did not feel as if I was getting a good workout during my session at times due to the intensity of the training session being lowered to accommodate the person I was paired with. (3) My biggest issue with working out is staying consistent which was the sole reason I wanted a personal trainer. The trainer I was assigned to was not dependable with being on-time or showing up to our scheduled sessions. On multiple occasions I received a call or text to reschedule within 1 hour to 30 mins of when we were suppose to meet. On one evening, she was 30 mins late, I ended up joining up with another trainer to work out. She was very nice but was not dependable at all. I cancelled my membership after the 1st month. I wanted so badly for this gym to be my new home but it just didn't work for me.
