So begins my journey...I decided that I needed a change from the gym so I found Jackie and I'm officially ADDICTED to yoga. Jackie has a beautiful spirit and is well versed in multiple practice's a long with some perfect playlist choices during our classes. She is able to guide anyone that enters into the world of yoga from novice to advanced by her voice, instruction and personal adjustments during poses. Jackie makes it clear that it is always about the breath during our classes. You will never retire from yoga once you find that special yoga teacher like Jackie you can't wait to step on that mat.
