I searched for a while before finding Train at Home Atlanta. I wasn't looking for a boot camp or a powderpuff experience. I wanted solid, evidence-based strategies and not the latest fad. Train at Home Atlanta delivered. Every session was new and fresh. I did things I never knew I could do like boxing and yoga. The trainers are knowledgeable not only about the workout, but also about the mind-body connection. I learned stress busting strategies, talked about no-nonsense nutrition and was even encouraged to try therapeutic massage as well as a kinesiology program to help me move better. Train at Home Atlanta is the whole package and you'll leave each session feeling like you can accomplish anything.

I had two sessions with Mahadevi (Rachel). One for Thai Yoga Massage and the other Deep Oil Table Massage. These are very different from your regular massages. Having had lots of back related issues they seem to get to the root of the issue.
You can feel the massage and the deep breathing really get to the root of the pain. Unlike regular massages or chiropractor they seem to keep the affect for a longer period.
Mahadevi really gives her 100% and I would strongly recommend anyone to try these out. They really work and also has a 'spiritual' aspect to it.
I have not tried Yoga before but after having a couple of massage sessions I am now interested in Yoga as well.
Becca is someone that you can rely on. From our first class we created a plan. I am reaching my goals, and I've lost weight. I had done yoga before, but Becca's approach is unique. I recommend her to everyone!
Rosemary is a life long gymnast and she helped to guide me through a yoga, stretching, back to my body course after I had a surgery that ruined my standing and moving stability. Rosemary gave me the insight of a post surgical patient I really related to. She is a GODDESS of healing and a wonder of a great positive personal force. What a motivator. I would highly recommend Brookhaven Yoga! I am new to yoga and found it relaxing, rejuvenating and instructional. The yoga teacher, Lauren was patient and helpful. It has greatly helped with my flexibly and knee pain. Also I have experienced reki and was pleasantly surprised on its wonderfully positive effects!

We are having an exceptional experience with Aerobic Atlanta. We are a day program for adults who have intellectual disabilities and we have a Yoga instructor that comes every other week to our facility. Our Yoga instructor is personable, friendly, timely, and always prepared. He knows everyone by name and is very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoy this service and highly recommend it to others.

We offer vinyasa yoga classes to all ages and levels. We have two studio rooms; one heated to 95 degrees for hot vinyasa yoga, the other is a comfortable 75 degrees for all non-hot classes.
Pilates and hot Pilates, as well as yin yoga classes are also available. Kids classes are offered for kids starting at 4 years old.
