I had two sessions with Mahadevi (Rachel). One for Thai Yoga Massage and the other Deep Oil Table Massage. These are very different from your regular massages. Having had lots of back related issues they seem to get to the root of the issue. You can feel the massage and the deep breathing really get to the root of the pain. Unlike regular massages or chiropractor they seem to keep the affect for a longer period. Mahadevi really gives her 100% and I would strongly recommend anyone to try these out. They really work and also has a 'spiritual' aspect to it. I have not tried Yoga before but after having a couple of massage sessions I am now interested in Yoga as well.
Susan helped me with therapeutic yoga exercises. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing my weak spots and suggesting appropriate solutions. Her communication was clear. Her style is calm and she was a pleasure to work with. I also attended a few yoga classes in her studio. Susan is a patient teacher. She is clear in explaining the poses and offering alternatives when indicated. I recommend her without reservation.
Cashe’s Yoga is extremely unique and has changed my life. Not only have I learned to manage stress but I’ve decreased so many aches and pains. I’m a past athlete so without Yoga I don’t think I could perform regular daily functions easily.
Becca is someone that you can rely on. From our first class we created a plan. I am reaching my goals, and I've lost weight. I had done yoga before, but Becca's approach is unique. I recommend her to everyone!
Tiffanie is knowledgeable, pleasant, and makes you feel comfortable quickly. I already practice meditation daily along with other habits to maintain & attract positivity but Reiki session magnified this as well as I felt very relaxed and at peace afterwards. I will definitely be adding Reiki to my routine.

I love to see students doing a pose incorrectly and giving them minor adjustments and then seeing the difference in how their body feels.
I began my journey in college, taking yoga between classes, but after graduation, my life got busier, and my practice got pushed aside. I spent the next ten years of my life as an advertising executive, overworked, overweight, and stressed out. I was juggling family and work schedules, and taking care of myself was the last thing on my mind. At age 35 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis. The meds and the disease left my brain in a fog. I wasn't sleeping and was constantly fatigued. All the research recommended light exercise and yoga. Seeking relief, I committed to doing yoga five days a week, and soon my life changed dramatically. Not only did I look and feel better, but I lost weight, and gained muscle tone. With medical supervision, I was able to go off almost all the meds I had been taking. I felt myself again, with a future. Yoga is the best thing that ever happen to me. The more yoga I do, the better I feel, and my passion is to share the positive effects yoga with others. With calm reassurance, I teach to all levels of experience, and to all ages and body types, from introductory postures to challenging sequences. My goal as a teacher is to empower my students by encouraging movement of the body to invigorate the breath, and to maintain presence. I give gentle hands-on assistance throughout the classes to enhance poses, and If you are lucky to might get a massage. I like to start each class with a warm-up and then set an 'intention'. I believe yoga should help you still your mind and get you in touch with your body. I incorporate; breath work, humor, facts about your body, good music, and spiritual philosophy into each class. I hope each student to leaves my class feeling relaxed, energized, and confident. I believe it is vital to emphasize not only the physical but the emotional health of my students. I encourage open hearts, and open minds so that students can carry that openness with them when they go. My classes are fun, with lots of smiling and laughter. A safe space to grow and learn, free from judgment and criticism. Types of Yoga I can teach. • Senior Yoga / Chair Yoga • Yin / Restorative Yoga • Meditation / Relaxation • Hatha Yoga • Power Yoga • Hot Yoga Education / Certifications Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA Bachelor's of Science • Certified Yoga Alliance Teacher 2016 • Certified Yoga For Arthritis • CPR and First Aid Certified 2016
