Our 28-year-old water heater sprung a small leak so on Sunday I went on line and filled out a request for a water heater replacement. Within five minutes of posting my request Ben responded and I called him. He was able to come to my house the next morning and give be a free estimate. The pricing was appropriate, so I hired him on the spot and he began work immediately. He just left and his work product was outstanding, he cleaned up after himself and left the work area better than when he arrived. He and his assistant were very friendly and explained what they were doing as they worked and after completing the job they gave me a tutorial on keeping my water heater running in top shape. Outstanding!

Brandon was quick to respond. He gave me a fair deal and I acted upon it. My hot water heater went out on Sunday, I called on Monday morning…by 2 pm my new tank was installed! He went over his work, explained what was next, checked the water pressure, made sure water was being heated properly, cleaned up and was done in less than 2.5 hours. I will definitely use him again.

I would choose all 5 adjectives but it only allowed me to choose 3. The minute I did the request on thumbtack, Nick responded. This was after 9 pm. He asked a few questions and was here before 10 am the next morning. Very polite and had the job done in less than 15 mins. Reassured me I wouldn’t need a new water heater. I will hire him again. Peter was awesome! Very professional and went over and beyond! He called to informed us that he was 30 minutes away and arrive exactly at the time he said. I think he was a few minutes earlier. He had a uniform on that identified who he was. He came in assess the issue, explained in detail what was going on with our hot water heater, show us how to fix it ourselves and gave us an option to allow him to fix if we wanted. His pricing was very reasonable and he took a look at another plumbing issue we had and told us how to replace the wax ring in our upstairs toilet. He did not have to offer all of that advice, but he did. Peter was the best Professional Service man we have hired so far. We will hire him again for our future plumbing repairs. Thank you so much Peter for your attention to detail, professionalism and going over and beyond! Thank God for Hot Water again!
