I did not know what to expect training with Coach Marwan. I was a little nervous but once I met with him and seen how knowledgeable and caring he is. I knew I had made the right choice. Marwan's training is phenomenal, I truly feel that he is one if not the best trainer/coach in Iowa. Not only do I recommend him, I want to invest in hit vision and training goals. Book a session with coach before he get's to famous lol

Melanie is a wonderful trainer. She combines a deep understanding of the body with a deep understanding of emotional needs as well. Without losing sight of the hour long intense workout she also finds ways to see where I am in terms of my commitment that day. She gets me on track if I have lost my drive. I especially am impressed how she finds different exercises and puts together different circuits, paces me in various ways, so that exercise never becomes routine. She challenges me to work hard and always is aware of just how much is enough. In short, I am very glad to have found such an excellent person to help me achieve my work-out goals.
Mason is a wonderful personal trainer. Before training with Mason, I was an athlete and never had to work out on my own before. And working out with him he has given me a routine I can stick to on my own, and that don't take a lot of time with my busy schedule. He makes workouts personal and exactly what you are looking for. Highly recommend. Anyone looking for a great workout should definitely work out with him, you wont regret it!
Michael, what can I say? If you're reading this reference then don't look any further than Mike. I'm an endurance athlete who has worked with many trainers around the world. I found Mike's approach to health and fitness is second to none. He always keeps it interesting and challenging. He really cares about your goals and has a holistic approach to fitness; whether it's injury prevention, recovery or general fitness Mike's knowledge is incredible. You know what else? He's a really great guy. Fun to train with and makes you actually want to turn up and push through those hard sessions. I could not recommend Mike more highly.
I wanted to hire a personal trainer to help me reach my goals. Eric is awesome. I have only seen him twice, but I can already feel a difference in my body...mostly sore from not using certain muscles in a long time...but I know what he is doing is going to help me get there. Grayson is great! He listens to the results you are looking for and customizes workouts to meet your goals. He's also very careful about problem areas like bad knees, etc. and designs exercises that avoid those areas. I lost my goal of 12 lbs, lost body fat, gained muscle and have more energy all because of Grayson!
I received daily emails from Deb for a 66 day habit forming positive intervention. These emails were encouraging and motivating. I learned new ideas such as the importance of protein and why, have a reason when you set a goal such as to lose weight, why ( health, feel good, etc) and to develop life long fitness. I've only been training with Joe for a month now, and I've lost 12 lbs! He is very diligent in working with me when we are at the gym. He takes time to explain all the muscle groups we are specifically going to work on when training. He will push you, but at the same time, will not over work you. Imo, my workouts are just right.
