When I started the conversation with Alyssa, I wasn’t sure how much we could do to make food for my mom due to her dietary limitations. However, Alyssa began making puréed soups every week that my mom can ingest. She has been super creative, trying a whole bunch of different vegetables and mixing it up every week so my mom feels like there is variety in her diet, even though she can only eat soup. It really has made such an impact on her life and she’s now excited for mealtimes for the first time in many years. My favorite thing about working with Alyssa is how incredibly accommodating she is, and how personal she makes each meal. I hadn’t tried meal prep services for my mom before because I always thought her dietary limitations would make it difficult, but Alyssa was so flexible and adaptable that I regret not starting sooner. She is excellent at taking feedback - she is so responsive to what my mom likes/doesn’t like and uses it to curate meals for my mom’s taste. Alyssa is incredibly reliable, and always delivers punctually every week. When I’ve gone out of town, she’s been incredible flexible and worked with me to coordinate a different deliver or pick up time. I cannot recommend Alyssa enough. The quality of her dishes alone is worth it, but her customer service is just absolutely outstanding."See more
