Introduction

Hi, my name is Theresa and i have been practicing massage for over 10 years. I am passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and believe that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind, body, and soul. I work to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. My style combines a mixture of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective massage. The left side of my back hurt after about 3 hours in of a 5 hour drive to Boise. I contacted Theresa and she was able to fit me into her schedule the next day. She did a wonderful job and the pain completely went away. I will for sure reach out to her again for another session when I’m in Boise next time.

Theresa has magic hands!!!! This was my first massage ever so I was really nervous but she made me feel comfortable right away! I was in pain before my massage and now I feel a ton better. Will definitely be using her again.

Ask questions, let customers ask me questions. The first few sessions are about getting to know your client, what areas they need work, which areas they need addressed, communicating with each other is key
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for 2 years in bend Oregon, I have been practicing since 2009 and am passionate about body work
