Kathryn is beautiful and inspiring. Of course her beautiful body motivates me to work out harder!! But not only that, her energy level is high, and it keeps me excited. Our work out is fun even when I sweat from my eyes (oh- that may be called crying). She pays attention on me through the whole work out, making sure of my forms so that I don't get hurt. I sometimes text her if I have questions regarding my self-training at home. She quickly responds, and gives me advice if necessary. She does everything for me to succeed. I love it. Kathryn is tough. She pushes me absolutely to the edge where I will never do that to myself. Sometimes my body fails even if I try as hard as possible. That much push. She doesn't let me give up, and I love it. Kathryn is an educator. She tells me which muscles I am using and science behind it. Next day, exactly where she said I was using hurts. That's kind of cool. I know that she knows what she is doing, and it makes me feel good to know that I will be strong under her instructions. I love it! Kathryn becomes your friend. Her personality is adorable. You can't not love her. She is always honest and sincere. My trainer is the BEST💗
I want to give a shout out to Volition Fitness! I have been training there for a while now and cannot say enough good things about it. From the beginning I felt at ease in their clean and up to date studio. Chris took the time to really assess my strengths and weaknesses before giving me a routine. The programming is specific to me and my needs, is checked weekly by Chris, and changes monthly. The workouts in the studio are never the same which keeps me from getting bored! I have never left feeling like I didnt get a work out, but also have never felt like I was pushed beyond my capabilities. (That being said, Chris makes sure to challenge you!) I am amazed at my results, especially since I have worked out on my own for the last 15 years! Its obvious to see the high level of education used in my programming. Chris not only trains, but teaches. Understanding how a move benefits you and how to do it correctly is empowering! If my best friend came to me wanting a trainer, I would definitely send her to Volition Fitness!!
I have never hired a personal trainer before and I had my doubts. But I am very happy to have found Shane. Shane is knowledgeable, mild mannered and has a great program. The private gym he trains in is great, plenty of room and top of the line equipment. I have been training for three months now and have made some noticeable gains. If you are looking for a trainer with experience, certifications and a great private gym, you have found it.
Chris loyal to his fitness training and to his clients . he kicks your but. But it is worth it . he makes you feel not lazy. You get out what you put in with Chris as your guide. Chris is for warriors only. Hoo Ya!
I met with Dee for our discovery part of the journey, basically talked about my goals and what I really wanted out of the personal training. Dee was extremely knowledgeable about many things and understanding about limitations due to my health. She didn't walk in and immediately try to put me to work , we sat down for a really long time and discussed what this journey is going to be. I so appreciate that she never once tried to push me towards a gym and she was understanding that after such a long illness I am basically starting over. I look forward to working with Dee and I am excited for the future in a very long time. Dee is fantastic.
Very focused thoughtful training. Always extremely well prepared and knowledgable about sport specific training. Recommend any serious athlete work with these folks. They will get results.

I started with Kevin just prior to me heading off to Department of Defense Fire Academy as I had let my health goals slip. I had been fighting a stress fracture for over a year and had been limited on what I could do. Kevin helped me immensely in just adding stretching back into my routine that my cardio ability increased. Now that I am back from my training I look forward to continuing on my goals with him. He has listened to what my goals are and pushes me every workout to a new limit.
I have had a very satisfying first experience with having a personal trainer. Prior to this I had always thought that such training could be helpful. Mostly I was intimidated by all of the different exercise machines and various work-out apparatus. My trainer, Khilye Sevatius, has been patient, kind, encouraging but above all else exceedingly knowledgeable regarding the process of taking an old dog and teaching him a few new tricks. Or perhaps a better metaphor he is making a silk purse out of a sow's ear. I am most pleased with the experience and continually recommend Khyile's services to my associates.

For the past 6 months I have been training twice a week with Bryan from Gym on The Run. Never in my life have I enjoyed working out or going to the gym but Bryan has changed that for me. We do not train in a typical gym, time passes quickly and every session is different from the last. What I love about Bryan's training is that he's very knowledgeable and he does not use typical gym equipment. I was able to purchase the resistance bands we use in each session so that I can do additional workouts in the comfort of my home. In the past 6 months I feel more energized, my physical strength has improved and my body is more toned.
Nina has helped me reach a place I thought I would never see again. She pushes you to the point where you feel you can't do anymore, and then she shows you can, by not letting you quit and showing you her lovely smile which makes you want to do the best you can. She always let me know that she was there for me, by allowing me to call her with any question i had about training or eating habits. I don't Nina anymore but she stills care enough to want to know how i'm progress, which means so much to me. I did not just gain great results from Nina, I gained a friend. She very knowledgable about her job , if you want change your life. I highly recommend Nina Rocco!!!
Josh got me through my first Sparten Trifecta!! His knowledge of the training that I needed to be successful is amazing! My fiancé and I do his MMA workouts and my best friend and I do his balance, core and resistance training workouts twice a week. I also have him train my autistic son twice a month and will be increasing those as my son gets stronger. He is very easy to work with and does his best to design challenging and fun workouts so that the hour goes by very fast!!
I have been training with Tony twice a week for over a year now. I have been extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend his ability to assess weakness and develop plans to overcome them. What can I say about Amelia and the service she offers? She has a warm, friendly attitude combined with the knowledge to really challenge you. I did not think I could afford private professional training but I was really impressed with Amelia's rates. I had just left Axiom. She was just as comparable but without membership fees or high pressure sales people. The fact that she brings it all to your front door eliminated the biggest excuse to not being in better shape. I felt like the plan Amelia created for me was sincerely based on her listening to my personal goals and abilities. She is able to motivate and challenge without being overbearing. And her positivity is infectious and really got me to push myself.
Stefani is an amazing lady. She is patient, understanding and personable. Everyday I finish with her I feel I made a good amount of progress.
