Kat is very personable and comfortable to work with. She has a great attitude and is very encouraging when the going gets tough! I really enjoyed my time working with her. She not only helped me with my weight loss goals but helped me work through some particularly stressful things in my life. Kat has taught me a wide variety of exercises based on my needs/wants. She was very good at modifying certain exercises to account for my weak wrists and knees and ensure that my sore shoulder was not being strained. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She is a great teacher, friend and confidant.
I have been an avid fan of regular exercise for most of my adult life. But, for various reasons I was never quite able to achieve my fitness goals. I had tried multiple types of exercise routines, diets, and hired half a dozen different trainers, but never quite got to where I wanted to be. Just when I was about ready to give up, I met Selena and after a brief consultation, decided to give her a try. I have to say that at first, I was skeptical because her methods were different to anything I had been shown before. But, using her unique combination of core and strength training, stretching and flexibility exercises, and cardio, she was able to help me reach both my strength and weight goals in a relatively short period of time. I now look and feel better than I have in years! And, just for the record, I recently celebrated my 52nd birthday. I regret losing her as a trainer but, I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about reaching their fitness goals!
I have learned so much from practicing yoga with Jennifer. She is so patient with the process, knowledgeable about modifications, and provides a solid foundation for practice while incorporating new poses. I have the opportunity to work on poses I know and to expand my practice with learning new poses each week. Jennifer's classes are welcoming and wonderful for all skill levels as well as confidence levels.
I haven't been working with them long but what I've gotten so far is just what I wanted. Lynn is excellent at keeping my yoga workout just above my abilities, which forces me to work harder. I love the holistic approach they have and would recommend them to anyone.
I've been a happy customer for quite some time (over 2 years! guess this review is overdue). Kenneth is unlike any other massage therapist that I've tried. He works very hard during a session. The easiest way to convey the experience of his massage therapy sessions is to sum it up with this: After each session, I feel so relaxed and limber... I feel like I'm 20 years old again! (that's half my age, btw) Kenneth truly cares about his clients and their well-being. He's a great wellness coach -- very knowledgeable about "wholistic" health issues (for the whole person). I love that I can book appointments online -- very easy and convenient. So glad I found him a couple years ago... I'm already looking forward to my next massage!

I am a 200-h certified yoga teacher. I have personally practiced yoga for over 15 years and thought teaching would be very personally rewarding. I'm fairly new at teaching and very excited to share this journey in personal growth with my clients!
Katie started practicing yoga in 2002. Although she felt the serenity and peace within yoga, she did not fully dedicate herself to the asana until 2008. She found Bikram yoga after a life-changing experience. She finished her first 350 RYT in 2010. After only instructing the series for a little over a year, she was called to learn more. She was unfolding not only on a physical level but also on a deep spiritual level and wanted to continue this sparkling transformation. She started to practice various styles of hatha yoga. She left the Bikram series to complete another 200 RYT in 2012. This training had deep roots in Iyengar, the philosophy of yoga, ayurvedic diet, sequencing, alignment, meditation and pranayama. It absolutely shifted something deep inside of her, and she knew there was no going back. In July of 2013, she participated in her 3rd teacher training immersion under the guidance of Lee Bear Tobin and Lara Perry of Lila Yoga in Spokane, WA. This training was an indescribable spiritual experience. It contained a focus on vinyasa, sequencing, anatomy, ayurvedic diet, and yoga philosophy. More than anything, this immersion was a journey inward. Bear and Lara emphasized the opening of sacred space, meditation, various styles of pranayama, mudras and our energetic system. The experience was sacred and enchanting to say the least. It touched her core, her heart, and her innermost self and was beyond anything Katie could have ever imagined. She is in absolute awe of the knowledge and life experience Bear and Lara shared. Lila is her home and one of the most sacred places on earth. Her eclectic journey within yoga allows her to guide solely from the heart center. Its all about the love, the one universal law that connects us all. She encourages practitioners to seek their own truth, to trust themselves completely, and to surrender to the breath and allow the vulnerability to guide them. Although the physical benefits continue to heal her, it is the spiritual awakening that humbles her daily. Katie is constantly reminded of her own samskaras and the importance of ritual, meditation, asana practice and pranayama to quite the ego. It will be a lifelong journey, and the more she thinks, she knows the little she actually does. She is a student first and foremost and is honored to guide others on their individual journey within yoga. Currently, Katie is drawn to guide vinyasa, yin and meditation.
