I started working one on one with Patrick 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I had previously taken his group fitness classes and always gotten a lot of out them. Working with him one on one has taken it to a new level. He motivates me to do things I would never do on my own. I train with Patrick 3 times a week and every workout is different, challenging, and makes me feel good about myself. I never thought I would look forward to "getting my butt kicked" :) Patrick is also a great nutrition coach. He laid out a plan for me and holds me accountable...just what I needed. Allen has been training me for well over a year now and he comes to my house 4 times a week. I have a hectic schedule and I am only available in the early mornings at 6 am. In December 2016, I was diagnosed with Type-2 adult diabetes--not a severe case, but concerning nonetheless, according to my doctor. He placed me on a regimen of medicines and explained what Type-2 diabetes is and what was going on with my body's biochemistry. I went to the pharmacy and began the regimen. After 2 weeks, I realized that a huge piece of my prognosis was missing: what food and lifestyle changes I needed to make. I had the will to make the necessary change, but I lacked direction. Anthony will not beat around the bush he will tell you exactly what you need to do and be able to physically do to succeed in the industry of entertainment and stunts. My training with him has been very vigorous and phenomenal. I always look forward to training every week. I know ill definently be ready to perform my own stunts as an action packed actress soon moving to L.A... Anthony has taught me well and im confident will continue to until my big move to Hollywood!
