Janet did such an outstanding job that I feel I not only found a great cleaning service I also feel that I have a new friend. She put me at ease about having someone I never met in my house and having just moved in to my first home 9 days ago, and working full time in Chicago's Loop, I needed someone who I could not only trust but also meet my Saturday morning/afternoon cleaning assistance request, which she did perfectly. Janet completed in a few hours what I could not do in over a week of dusting, cleaning, organizing in over a week. In addition she gave me some helpful tips and made me laugh and smile before she left. Excellent service and a super friendly person.
I have been working with Karen for a couple weeks now and so far the experience has been wonderful. She is extremely personable, but more importantly, helpful and insightful in organizing. We are working from the top floor down (beginning in the attic and closets) and it's amazing that I can actually move around freely now and know where things are at. She labels everything and no longer allows me to stack things randomly (everything has it's place). She inspires me to get rid of a things I've been holding on to for no good reason or things I simply don't need anymore but have been holding on to. I am really looking forward to the final product (a completely organized house)! I already feel my stress lifting with each batch of clutter that is either removed and/or neatly arranged or reorganized. I can't thank you enough Karen and will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know!
I usually don't write reviews but Paulina and her staff really deserves one. See I'm a physician with a super busy hospital schedule and my timings are crazy. Paulina reached out to me herself and was very good about finding a day that works with my schedule and time to send over Rebecca and her mom since she was already committed someplace else. Paulina personally kept in touch with me letting me know of any delays that might happen their first time. Rebecca and her mom were VERY professional, thorough, careful and clean. I'm extremely OCD with dust and hair on the floor or bathrooms and they did it perfectly. Even made all the beds and threw out the trash and wipped the windows and all. Then Paulina called after making sure I was satisfied. OH also they cleaned my vacuum after too. Great service. Will definitely have them back and permanently

The shelving in my closet collapsed and it was a mess! After weeks of neglecting to fix it and adding to the mess I reached out to Pak-N-Roll and they came up with a quick easy fix to help organize my closet again since I didn't want to make more holes in the wall attempting to put up new shelving. I purchased a free standing structure for like $35 from Home Depot, they helped me put it together and then organized all of my belongings for a very reasonable price. It saved me so much stress! I would definitely reach out to them again for more projects like organizing.
Everything about working with Leanne was wonderful. I spoke to numerous people on the phone and none of them were as warm and understanding as she was. I had a lot of anxiety about having to start purging and packing an apartment I've lived in for 9 years - and housekeeping has always been a deficit of mine so the place was not just cluttered but also dirty. Leanne was enthusiastic and empathic, didn't ever pressure me to go faster or tackle just one more room or not to keep something I wanted to keep. I will absolutely call her again when I'm ready to tackle the second half of my apartment.
Mary helped me to organize my lower level family room. In 3 days, she helped me tranform it!! We got way more accomplished than I thought we could. She's been so helpful while I've been pregnant with helping move things, boxes and seems to have endless energy. It's clear she has a passion for cleaning and organizing. She seems up for whatever I suggest we work on, doesn't mind when I change gears mid-stream and doesn't mind when I ask her to clean something a specific way. She's even helped me a ton by dropping off items at Goodwill for me. In addition, she's punctual, friendly and easy to talk to while working. I'd highly recommend her services!

Tina and Mark did a fantastic job! We moved from a tiny urban loft to a big suburban home. After 6 weeks most of our stuff was still in boxes in the garage. The task was daunting! We had an overwhelming amount of stuff and space, but no furniture or storage options. Tina and Mark came out in a day and spent the whole day unpacking and organizing my things. I work nights, so after answering a few questions I went to bed. When I woke up, they were just finishing up my whole house. It was amazing! And, as a bonus, they were so pleasant to deal with! I can't wait to get some furniture and have them back!!

Angel was really sweet and easy to work with. She travelled about 40 minutes to my house at no extra charge and I could barely tell she was there by how quietly she cleaned. I only noticed her because of the smell from the products. One word: AMAZING. My favorite scent is the Peony. Love!
Caryn is perfect! My parents worked with an interior designer when I was growing up, and I remember she would always push really fancy expensive furniture on them, so I was hesitant to hire someone when we bought our new home. Caryn understands that we are DIY people, and works with that, and our budget, in mind. She doesn't overcharge, and we got SO much done in our one-hour consult with her. She picked out paint colors for the whole house and I LOVE them. I would have spend hours agonizing over it had I picked them out myself. Worth every penny! I can't wait to use her over the years to design our home!
