Working with Marquita was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she was kind, professional and non-judgmental. Marquita was punctual and she provided clear and detailed communications before, during and after the project. She made sure that she took time to explain her background in organizing, her process/method and what I could expect from her. She also took time to answer all of my questions and make sure she understood what I wanted to achieve with the project. As Marquita helped me get organized, she imparted knowledge to help me maintain the systems we put into place. At each step, she made sure to ask how I felt about the work we’d done to that point. She made sure that I was getting what I needed out of the process. And, when necessary, she adjusted her plan based on my feedback. I really appreciated the flexibility in her approach. The project was a huge success and I was immediately able to begin enjoying my newly organized spaces. Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations I recently had the pleasure of working with Marquitta on a project that I initially thought would take around two weeks to complete. To my absolute amazement, Marquitta and her assistant accomplished the task in just two days. My basement had become a cluttered mess, filled with clothing, shoes, and various belongings. Emotionally, I was struggling with the recent loss of my mom, and the prospect of going through her belongings was daunting and filled me with anxiety. However, Marquitta approached the situation with incredible sensitivity and compassion. She was there for me through tears, providing support and understanding every step of the way. Not only did Marquitta transform the chaos into a space with a clear floor, but she also organized everything with precision and care. What truly stood out to me was her ability to make the project enjoyable and engaging.
