Loved the personal yoga sessions with London. She is the best
I hired Mary to be a yoga instructor for my fitness retreat, and she was the perfect fit. She tailored the class for our needs (gentle yoga for sore muscles). I've done yoga for years with several different instructors, and I believe she is a wonderful teacher!
I have had 4 yoga sessions with Masha so far. It has been a great experience! She really knows what she's doing and she seems to know exactly how to coach you. I never took any Yoga classes before so she is working with a newbie. She is very patient and fun to work with. She is also a wellness coach, I am looking forward to talking to her about diet and overall health!
I have worked with Jessica professionally for 3 years and have known her personally for 23 years. Jessica is very knowledgeable about personal training, nutrition, psychology and yoga. I am very impressed with her knowledge and applicability of the mind-body-spirit connection. Her attention to detail, quality of work and professionalism are other characteristics that keep me referring her clients. I highly recommend her services and she has helped me reach personal goals. She will always do her best to help in whatever way she can.
Tara is doing a mommy and kiddos yoga class from myself, a friend, and our 7 kids. Everyone is getting stronger and enjoying our yoga class.
My experience in Samanthia’s classes was one of peaceful contentment. Samanthia allows her students to leave their stresses at the door through her calm and comforting words and affirmations. Her knowledge of yoga movements and poses was evident as she guided the class through each pose with different levels of difficulty thereby addressing every skill and ability level in the room. I am in my late 60’s and after attending Samanthia’s classes, my flexibility and overall well being was greatly improved. I would highly recommend Samanthia’s class to anyone who wants to improve their overall health.
My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. During the therapy Dr. Sylvia kept me informed with what she was doing and why she was doing it. I liked how she integrated different modalities along with the lymphatic draining. She incorporated some yoga stretching and breathing as well as healing touch techniques. On top of relieving some of my inflammatory muscle and joint pain, Dr.Sylvia found an inflamed lymph node under my arm. It was likely inflamed because I was feeling on the verge of a virus. She was able to drain the lymph node and we could no longer feel an inflamed lump under my arm. I believe this procedure helped me to beat the virus that never transpired. In addition to being a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, Dr. Sylvia has vast knowledge and expertise in the medical field as an Environmental Epidemiologist and Public Health Professional. She has the ability to treat a person holistically while helping them discover how their environment may be affecting their health issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington as a Nautropathic Doctor for Lymphatic Wellness.
Those who have taken Kenneth King’s yoga class know the feeling of leaving not only centered and flexible but, “inches taller” as well. Influenced by his experience as a ballroom dance instructor, Ken builds his class on the belief that proper alignment is fundamental. He guides you down the path to inner peace all the while making sure you start and maintain proper posture. Ken’s classes are the right mixture of repeated poses that build strength and confidence, as well as new poses that challenge us – just as he urges students to reflect on one’s Past and Present inner self while holding a pose. I leave Ken’s class feeling like I’ve just had a massage – a little relaxed, a bit at peace and “inches taller.” Julie
Mila is a well versed nutritionist and very experienced. She has helped me get on track with my nutrition and weight loss. She has also helped me with learning Yoga which I now love and it has truly helped me in my fitness level and flexibility.
I entered yoga with a bone spur in my right shoulder and minimal flexibility. After working with Trayci, the spur miraculously corrected itself (doctor was shocked). She is an excellent and patient instructor and always took the time to show me the different poses. Private sessions and classes are always fun, enjoyable, and beneficial
Hadley was my first yoga instructor, and though I do go to other classes, she's still the most caring, attentive and personable teacher. She's great at helping me go beyond what I'm currently able to do and provides excellent encouragement and support.
Wow what can I say...I was always that guy that thought yoga was for women only. Man was I wrong. Samantha did an amazing job at balancing the support and education with the push I needed. She has such a radiant personality and she brings her sense of humor into her practice. As a former college football player all I did was strength train. Working with Samantha for a few months has me feeling not only more flexible but stronger. Most importantly I have to continue to focus on BREATHING! Namasté

I understand the challenges people have in incorporating yoga into their lives. Fifteen years ago I would've said, "Yoga is boring and too slow". I know how to speak to those who feel that way. This is especially helpful in a corporate setting when a wellness program is encouraging healthy practices for their employees. I also am able to tailor a class to any level and speak to different personality styles.
