After 35 years of travel and entertaining for my prior business responsibilities, I retired early and decided that my first goal was to get into better shape. I investigated a number of personal trainers in the area and contacted references provided by Chitown Trainer before engaging them. The peronal references were all spectacular. My personal experience has been great so far. I am well on my way to achieving my fitness and post-retirement lifestyle goals with the help of my trainer. He pushes me forward in my workouts and offers positive encouragement during our periodic progress reviews. He is always on time and provides a full 60-minute workout, after which I am both physically exhausted and mentally refreshed. If something such as heavy traffic results in him being delayed, he sends text messages so that I can keep my other commitments moving forward. Very reliable, professional and knowledgeable trainer, and an important part of my weekly routine!

Every workout is individualized daily and she really uses your strengths to build up your weaknesses. She not only has a vast array of skills, but she is also super kind and makes you feel extremely comfortable. My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. Lisa's guided meditations are excellent! I am pretty new to meditation and I am hooked because of a Lisa. Her voice is smooth and relaxing. Also she does several types including body scan,counting breath and visualization to name a few. I would highly recommend Lisa.
When I started doing yoga with Katie, I had never practiced yoga before, and I had only recently started working out. Honestly, I actually hated exercising. My previous trainer had been cancelling on me, and I was looking for someone who would be reliable and professional about respecting their work engagement. Katie has great work ethics, and has never canceled on me. My job is stressful, I am often standing, with my head leaning forward. i was starting to have neck and shoulder pain. I was looking for a way to stretch, but also to strengthen my core muscles, while working on posture. With these goals in mind, Katie developed yoga and work out sessions that are adapted to my needs. I now feel in better shape than I ever did! I enjoy working out with Katie because she motivates me at improving myself. Her challenges are always within my reach. She has a genuine positive attitude, and is really dedicated at helping her "students" reach their goals, whatever their goals are. I highly recommend Katie for yoga or personal training!
Trayci's teaching is energetic and thoughtful. Always quick with humor and relating the yogic endeavour to real life situations, her practice is diverse and always fresh. Good music. Good vibes. Good feelings- before, during and after! She always mixes her mystique with a unique set of sequencing.

I enjoyed the experience that Kim brought to the session, being able to make adjustments to make the poses safe since I am very inflexible and apprehensive about my physical limitations. She instilled confidence in my concerns and was very knowledgable about questions I had. I am now taking her suggestions and building my own routine. For being someone who was never into yoga initially, I found I develop strength and tone muscles through Michelle's yoga classes. They are a perfect balance of body resistance training in addition to stretching and relaxation. I am hooked!
