Reese was hired to install shelving in multiple closets in iur new home. Reese did an excellant job and was efficient and professional throughout the process. We will definitely be using his services in the future for other needs.
Put together a desk that I had started and needed help with. As well as move my closet to a different height. The dresser was harder than expected and took longer thankful he was able to get it done.
Thanks for an excellent job installing the shelves in my closet.
Ben did an excellent job with installation of our closet rods and mounting of our 60" TV. I had initially installed the closet rods myself; however, after the rods falling and tearing out drywall I knew I needed to hire some professional help. Ben was able to add me to his schedule the next day, arrived on time, quickly installed the closet rods and mounted the TV, and was completely professional. His prices are unbeatable ($35)!!!! I won't hesitate to hire him again for any future home improvement services.
Jason provided handyman services for our TV Mounting, ceiling fan and shop light installations in basement. He was straightforward and easy to work with. He told us pitfalls and workarounds where needed, I was little confused with the pricing however i think the mix up was more on my end. I would recommend him and use him in future .
Ron has done many home improvements for me over the years and has helped to make my home look great! He has done everything from electrical (changing all my lighting in my house and one of them was from a 2 story entry way Yikes!), plumbing ( new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and sump pump) to adding crown molding and glass to my kitchen cabinets and now they look custom. He is friendly, prompt, very fair pricing, very knowledgable in all home improvements and best of all he is a perfectionist. He will not leave the job until it is perfect and the customer is very happy. He did new tile in my mom's kitchen and now she loves him too! I've delt with many contractors over the years and really Ron is the best.
We hired Roberto to reset, level and seal our brick paver patio and brick pillars. He did an awesome job and our 10 year old patio looks brand new again! We also hired him to paint a couple of closets and are having him power wash the deck and I'm sure it will look great. We would definitely recommend R&R and would use Roberto again.
He actually shows up...on time, as scheduled...and he knew what he was doing...great work at an affordable price. I will definitely call again for other projects, and have already scheduled the building of a custom bookcase. Great job!! Thank you :)
I needed a new closet put in where there was simply a recessed in the wall with shelves. Claudio was timely and professional in completing the job. He kept me updated throughout the process of the job, which only took a couple of hours. I look forward to hiring him again!
Joe was excellent! He repaired 3 hinges on our kitchen cabinets and check out a closet door we have been having trouble with. He even made a return visit to be sure the job was complete. My first experience with him has encouraged me to think that I have found an excellent professional to call for many hone services.
We contracted Master Craft and Design to build our window casings and were so impressed by the quality that we contracted Master Craft again for custom wainscoting in our foyer and dining room. I am beyond pleased with the results and can't wait to have more work done by MCD. Everyone who comes into our home compliments his handiwork. Edward Ringmeier is a true craftsman!
We had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink and Ray came out immediately at night at no extra charge. Polite, great service. We will be using his services again for our bathroom shower.
Dan recently completed a project for us including custom cabinets/bookshelves around our fireplace, replacement of an existing mantle, and reversing/reframing a set of doors to accommodate the new bookcases. The finished product is outstanding, the quality of the built-in work (moldings, trim etc.) is truly first class and makes the bookcases look like a seamless part of the space rather than add-ons. Dan was incredibly responsive throughout the project and we talked frequently throughout the design process. This has been a project we have been planning for 3+ years and in that time I have spoken to 4 different contractors about the project. Dan was by far the most engaged and responsive and he treated our project like he was working in his own house. I would highly recommend DP Sheetz for any project and hope to work with him again in the future.
We had an excellent experience with Dirty Deeds LLC. Our job entailed painting our living room, dining room and upstairs hallway, all of the wood trim and all of the doors in those rooms. It also included painting the structural beam that supports the roof and ceiling over the living room and dining room. Jay arrived on time for the estimate and was very precise in his calculations. During the four days of the job, Jay and his painters were always on time, had all the materials \they needed, moved furniture as needed and covered everything. All surfaces had at least two coats of paint. The quality of their work was excellent and although it was offered, we found no need for a call back for any touchups. We couldn't be more pleased with their work and highly recommend them
This was a great experience, I'm a s I'm a single women, so it was nice not to feel like I was being taken advantage of. On time, very friendly and all around great work, and my closet looks great.
Eight years after my custom wood fence was installed, I found myself having to tie one of the fence posts to the tree in my backyard to prevent the fence from falling/flying away the next time a strong wind came along. Since the fence was originally custom built onsite, I knew that a cheap, store purchased fence fix was not going to maintain the existing aesthetic. Earl, at Chicago Wood Care Company, reached out to me directly conveying an genuine shared appreciation for wood as a material and the importance of its handling, characteristics, and aesthetic. Extremely accommodating, Earl was able to come out to the house early one morning before I left for work to view the fence and assess the problem. Earl immediately expressed a course of remedy and his confidence in himself to execute the repair. A quote arrived via email from Earl and a date was set to begin the work. Friendly, eager, honest, reliable, skilled/talented and trustworthy speaks to Earls person. The level of Earls workmanship is measurable by that of the highest standard. Earl was able to do the work without my having to be at home. This was very important to me. My fence never stood so straight and level as it now does. A recent high wind forecast didnt give me a moment of worry. I thought Earls quote was fare albeit not the cheapest. This was just one of those things you need to pay a little bit more for to get the job done right while extending the life of a fence that will one day need to be replaced altogether.
I had a great experience with Zurek Construction. Matt showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable about the closet installation. He worked quickly and was very organized. He was also able to provide consulting on other work that I need. I will definitely work with him again in the future!
Jates construction were extremely professional. They gave me a detail bid on my job in which nobody else did for me. There communication before, during and at completion was excellent. I never had to wait for a response to my questions. They introduced me to the guys that would be doing my job so i was aware of who was in my home. The work quality was great down to the detail. Marco made sure to walk with me a couple of times throughout the project so we could align our thoughts and make sure I was happy with the progress. I am thrilled with my kitchen backsplash and custom Master bathroom!!!!!!
He is a former house inspector. This is an extremely valuable perspective when you consider making changes to your home. He is thoughtful and measured. He completed several extensive projects in my home: replacing wood flooring in my entranceway with tile, refacing my fireplace surround where he demolished existing large boulder stones and replaced with sleek flat tile and even suggested I lower the hearth to the floor for a more modern look. He shrunk the footprint of an oversized kitchen island that involved moving cabinetry and plumbing and preparing the base for a new top and he helped me redo my powder room and replaced my '80s mirrored cabinet fronts with custom stained wood. I am happy and very pleased with the work he has done on my home. He made a number of suggestions about how to maintain my home going forward. I appreciated this expertise.
Already did. Great job. Very knowledgeable and professional. More jobs to come. Painting inside and who I knows, maybe a closet or two
I love my new deck! David was helpful in suggesting ways to update and improve my deck space. He was easily accessible and work was completed as promised.
