Latest Review: Trent is a VERY nice person and an Awesome trainer! He's on time, PROFESSIONAL, and I enjoy my workouts! He's concerned about any Health issues you may have...And takes that into consideration during your workout! I had knee surgery and lower back issues! If I can't do an exercise, he looks for an alternative one! He knows when to give you that extra push and know when to ease up!! Trent is concerned about your diet and what your PUTTING into your body as well! That's very important because when you eat healthy you get better workouts and faster results!! He Monitors your heart rate before and after workouts. I've been working out with Trent for several weeks and I'm getting compliments about the results already!! I mean REALLY I couldn't have asked for a better trainer!! 😊

Latest Review: I have worked with Roy for several years and appreciate that his focus is on older adults (over 50).He provides a work out plan that will help you maintain strength,mobility,stability,and endurance. I've seen trainers who are little more than rep counters or who focus on the "pretty " muscles.Roy is so much more than that!

Latest Review: Being a novice in gym workouts, I decided to take help of fitness trainer, Tyrone Walton. I have attended a total of 5 early morning sessions with him till now and all of them are really helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me through the exercises during the sessions. We do have light friendly conversations during the sessions which make them even more effective. The gym itself is very clean and rarely crowded. Also, I find workouts to be appropriate to my level of fitness. Tyrone has a very sound strategy to slowly pace yourself to muscle building. In a nutshell, I will highly recommend Tyrone's fruitful personal training sessions to others and I myself is excited to keep working out with him.

Latest Review: I started training with Chad in August of 2016 until July of 2017, and let’s just say that it made a difference. A little background about why I decided to get a trainer: I got engaged in July of 2016 and my fiancée and I decided to have our wedding the following year (in July). I noticed that I wasn’t making the best choices for a healthy life (I.e. not exercising enough, bad food choices, not doing strength training, etc). I wanted to look good for my wedding. So I made the decision to change my lifestyle to being a little bit more active and making better choices when it came to food. From the beginning, Chad asked me what my goals were and made sure I was successful in achieving them. His prices are not that bad either and are pretty affordable. After a a couple of months of training with him, my family, friends, fiancé, and including myself noticed how I have lost weight and was a bit more toned. I was happy for the first time in years with my body. Before having a trainer, I would only do cardio. However, after I began training with Chad, he taught me that cardio wasn’t the only thing I should be doing. He taught me strength training with the weights and with my body. I definitely learned a lot a with him. In the beginning it was hard and there were a couple of times I wanted to quit because I wasn’t seeing results right away. However, I kept on going because I knew it would take time. I’m glad I did because I noticed changes in myself. I noticed I had more energy and stregnth. I was sad that I had to stop having Chad as my trainer (I moved down to Florida in August). I have to say that after moving down here, I still incorporate many of the things Chad taught me about stregnth training and cardio into my workouts. If you are looking for a trainer, I would definitely hire Chad!

Latest Review: Andrew is great. He's fun and kicks my butt. The workouts are tough but when you have someone like Andrew to motivate and push you it's always a good time. He's always aware and careful of my personal limitations due to bad knees. I really couldn't ask for a better trainer. 👍👍👍

Latest Review: I initially signed up for a personal training package of 7 sessions that went pass very quickly. Mr. Gardner was very patient and willing to work within my physical limitations. With that been said, I signed on for additional training sessions. Checkout his website to see my results and you be the judge of his level of knowledge as a trainer and nutritional coach.

Latest Review: Roger loves what he does. He has a great personality. He is very professional and patient . I have worked with him for seven months now, and I feel accomplished seeing how far I’ve come with his guidance . I went from scheduling appointments once a week to 3-4 days a week . His ability to coach me through the exercises while giving a clear understanding of what and why I’m doing something is awesome. Whenever I reach my goals , he’s always on top of it to effectively modify my workout plan/ routine.
