She was very patient answering all my questions. Leveraging her technical depth, she explained how big I would be able to print our photos, including detailed specifications to support her explanation. She stays on top of the details to ensure success. Meeting at Navy Pier can be challenging. She was very specific as to where and when, even following up a couple days before to confirm everything was still on track. On the day of the photo shoot, she was there early waiting for us, greeting us with a smile that instantly put everyone at ease. Her professionalism kept us organized and moving as we took photos from multiple spots for lighting and background. Her artistic creativity is reflected in the photos, which we love! Ryan was awesome to work with! He went out of his way to make sure we met a couple times before the wedding and had all the details worked out. He was very good at including all our guests and wedding party in pictures but also making sure that we took a few minutes to ourselves to take everything in. He was present but also made it feel very natural. Over all very nice to work with. Was early for photos and always responded promptly.

Eljay and Jen went above and beyond to accommodate and make me feel prepared before a big step in life. Eljay kept well in contact with me, helping me decide on locations by sending photographic examples. They arrived well before the proposal and helped mark the correct location. They captured every moment leading up to the proposal and after. They were great at making us feel comfortable, confident and happy during the event.
