I reached out to Bob to repair my dishwasher. He responded within minutes and immediately booked a time that worked perfectly for me. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. While waiting for the dishwasher to cycle and confirm the repair was successful, we ended up discussing my long-dead ice maker. Bob offered to take a look and quickly diagnosed and fixed that issue as well. Overall, it was a super efficient and incredibly helpful visit. The longest part was waiting for the dishwasher to complete a wash cycle to ensure it was properly working, which it was. I’ll absolutely call Bob again if I need anything else repaired and would highly recommend his services.

I truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. They spent a decent amount of time diagnosing the issue why my dishwasher isn't working. They gave a quote, but let me know that I could get a new machine for cheaper, plus the new part they'd install wouldn't be under warranty. They actually recommended I purchase a new dishwasher rather than pay them to come back and fix it. That's definitely something I appreciate in any service and repair company, not feeling like they're trying to upsell me or charge me for something I don't need or isn't my best option. I may not be using them to fix my dishwasher this time, but I will definitely use them for any appliance repairs I have in the future.

Our tenant’s dishwasher stopped working suddenly, and our troubleshooting wasn’t solving the issue. Han was very responsive to our messages and scheduled to come first thing the next morning. I initially encountered some problems with my newly installed dishwasher, which I attempted to resolve on my own by watching YouTube videos. Unfortunately, my DIY efforts did not succeed. I then contacted Wili's Appliance Repair, and Pedro promptly came over to assess the situation and successfully repaired the issue. Additionally, he identified some installation-related issues and provided recommendations for addressing them. While he couldn't directly address installation problems per their service agreement, I greatly appreciated his extra effort, recommendations and commitment to excellent service. As a landlord, I now consider Wili's Appliance Repair my top choice for addressing any appliance issues for both my properties and my tenants.

Anton correctly inspected & diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher and did everything possible to fix it on time and within budget. Very clearly explained what the issue was, needs to be done, and what it would cost us. He got the parts required, and scheduled the subsequent visit to finish the work promptly. He ran into some unforeseen issues with plumbing, insulation as well, which took up more time than originally planned. Anton was accommodative and flexible to address those issues as well, without creating much fuss and finished the repair work. Great service, I would definitely call him again.

**DO NOT RECOMMEND** Argen responded within 10 minutes and was able to come the next day to look at my broken dishwasher. We agreed the machine needed to be replaced. He told me he had a used machine for sale and I told him let's go look at it. I was open to buying and having him install it "after I inspected it". I'm not going to agree to this without looking at the machine. I went to look at it and it looked like it was in new condition. This is where everything went south. Argen tells me he can only give me a 1 month warranty on repairs and has never run the machine. That's fine, well now I'm completely uninterested and told him absolutely not. He didn't like my response and told me fine, I don't need you. We get into a little back-and-forth and I return to my car. He follows me to my car and as I open the door and go to close it, he holds it open and says "pay me now" for the $59 service fee! Of course that was completely unprofessional and erratic. He continued screaming at me to pay him. Maybe he was having a bad day but this is completely unacceptable behavior to anybody let alone a potential customer. You really need to mature and learn how to handle a situation when someone does not agree with you. Especially if you are a business owner. Yes, I paid for the service call.
