- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive prices with no hidden fees. Our prices include materials and supplies, and we bring our own vacuum. Prices do not include parking fee for Downtown Dallas. We can confirm your estimate over the phone by asking detailed questions about the service and we also highly recommend doing a free in-home estimate, this way you can get to know us and we can see the work and confirm the price before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we meet new customers from our online booking sources or from referrals. The first step is to schedule a phone call. Here we can ask questions specific about the work we will be doing and condition. If the customer would like more info or to confirm the price, we offer free in-home estimates. Here we can visually inspect the work and confirm the price, but most importantly we get a chance to meet the customer and answer any questions ranging from our cleaning checklist to our training, policies, supplies used, etc. When the customer is ready to book we take their information and create their booking, then they will receive a confirmation email. Three days, and one day before their appointment they will receive follow up emails to remind them of their upcoming service. The day of the service we arrive between our agreed window of arrival, and we send the customer an "on my way" text, 30 minutes prior. Arriving we will do a walkthrough to confirm check list and price, and before we leave we will do a final walkthrough to confirm your satisfaction with the service. Upon completion we collect payment (cash, check, credit) and we send you a paid invoice to your email. A few days after our management contacts the customer to again ensure they are happy with the service and welcomes them to write us a review and to use us again in the future.

Management and staff has extensive experience in residential a commercial cleaning sectors. We are constantly trained in: Customer service and managing on site incidences Cleaning principles and practices Chemistry composition and its application in different surfaces Cleaning supplies and tools for best results. For our Carpet and Floor cleaning business we are certified IICRC and specialize in pet odor and stain removal.
