- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are priced at a flat rate. The price listed in your booking may change based on any additional information you provide (preferences, extras) or the actual condition of your home. If the cleaner finishes earlier than expected, it doesn’t mean a discount applies — and if it takes longer, it doesn’t mean you’ll be charged extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we give you a price for your first cleaning, we do a quick briefing to understand the condition of your home and your expectations. After that, we’ll provide you with a price range for the initial cleaning. The exact price will fall within that range and will be confirmed when the cleaner arrives. Also our employee can come by to see the house before cleaning date and give you the most accurate price. Starting from your second cleaning, you’ll receive a discount of 5% to 15% on regular cleanings, depending on the cleaning frequency.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We serve Downtown Chicago and the Northwest area, including Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Northbrook, and other nearby neighborhoods. We work in apartments, houses, townhomes and offices.
