- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in FLAT rates BUT offer both hourly and FLAT rates to fit the needs of EVERY customer. We do our best to fit within your budget. While we accept all forms of payment mentioned in our profile, depending on your payment method preferences, there is a 4%-5% processing fee for credit/debit card transactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is understanding the needs of our clients, explaining our services, matching our client's scheduling availability, then complete the final step of booking. Each experience will be customized for every client we serve. Your needs are the top priority and we do our best to get you the help you need WHEN you need it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 moving experience. We provide comprehensive training to our team to ensure that EVERY move goes as smoothly as possible.
