I would highly recommend their personal trainer Alexis. She is in amazing shape, very flexible with scheduling and knowledgeable about her craft and she is genuinely interested and committed to her clients. She pushes you but not beyond what she knows you can do and you can see results if you are consistent. I’m so happy I found her and this company and would recommend them for not only your physical well being but they have support for emotional and mental wellness as well. If I could give them ten stars I would. Great company!!!

Alexis Dillon is a true motivator! I have three children-I was feeling insecure about my weight gain. Alexis since day one was patience with me, and VERY encouraging. She provided, and still provides, me with challenging workouts that build muscles and loose fat! She also provided me with a 30 day meal plan!!!! She is absolutely amazing!! And I've come to love our sessions even when though kicks my butt.
