We live in the suburbs, but have an investment property downtown, and were becoming frustrated with the amount of time we had to spend maintaining it. We wanted a "hands-off" experience where we could count on a property management company to handle our property and work with our tenants, but were becoming a little disillusioned after dealing with a number of companies in Chicago. Finally, we were referred to Lofty and immediately saw how different they were to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and have even gone out of their way to not only meet, but exceed our expectations! They are an amazing team to work with, and our tenants love them too. Highly recommend!
Joe did great job remodeling my whole house. He replaced whole draywall and paint the whole house. Replaced chandalier, painted doors and window. He did tiles in my 2 bathrooms and change my faucet in the bathroom. Also he cleaned my whole house after remodeling. He has great personslity, funny and easy going.
Letts Property Management has taken our two rentals and turned them around completely. They have successfully fully rented both of our properties 8 units in total. I had five years of disappointment with property managers. So, after ten years, I decided to try again. I interviewed three property management companies. I decided that John Golden and Key Renter was the best fit for me. John presented himself as a professional, very knowledgeable about property and city requirements, and respectful of my position as owner of property. He asked about my expectations and diligently explained what his company was about and how he would prepare my contract to my desired expectations. He has certainly proven to me that he can and will meet the expectations of yours. Yes, the communication is quick to maintenance issues and any other issues. The first month that I signed the contract with him, my first floor tenants had to have their tub refinished. The very same week John contacted a company to refinish the tub and the tub was refinished immediately. I'm very pleased with the results. He makes sure you are getting quality work for the very best/reasonable price. I already knew the prices of tubs and I was very satisfied with this company's price. John also follows up with the owner on any correspondences he deems necessary. He is a time manager. The rent is collected on time and deposited into the owner's portal in a timely manner. So far I'm very satisfied with John and keyrenter.
