- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two different packages. The main difference between the packages is the rehearsal date, and not every couple really needs us at the rehearsal. Our prices are higher than average, and this is because we dedicate a significant amount of time with the couple in person and through our writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet with couples in person or through call/digital means to first make sure we are a good match! Afterwards, once the couple has booked us, we like to meet at least once more to dive deeper into the couple's relationship. From there, we work off a Google Doc to share the ceremony with the couple as we are writing so they can make comments as well and schedule more meetings going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us come from a background in writing, so writing ceremonies happens to come naturally! Outside of ceremonies, many of us are working on our own projects, such as writing books or articles for websites.
