Ryan brings a next level experience to each session as he explains the mechanics behind each routine and the key points in sustaining appropriate technique start to finish. Furthermore, Ryan will detail necessary diet selections contributing toward goal achievement. I am excited to have him as my fitness expert! I've been on a journey to achieve some VERY overdue goals for some time. I've tried elliptical ridden gyms and a personal trainer or two...nothing stuck. Once I finally had the right attitude and approach I was lucky to meet Mike. Mike's gym Stone Mill helped me get out of the rut I was in. It wasn't so much his programing, but the environment that helped me though. Mike's patience for a difficult client like myself and the amazing community members he had have helped me on my path. I'm not there yet, but when I do I know Mike will be a HUGE part of it.

I came to the gym as a total newbie. I really had no idea what i was doing or how to get what i wanted for results. I actually was totally scared to go to free weights. All i would do was run and use the machines. Then i decided i needed some help. I grabbed one of Missy's cards went home and sent her an email. Within a couple days we met at the gym. Then we started our 10 day session. Best thing i ever did. She helped me lose the remaining 15lbs i couldn't shed. Plus i gained lots of self esteem and was not afraid to jump right in on free weights. She really knows her stuff and is very friendly as well. But she will push you hard if needed. I would highly recommend Missy as a Personal Trainer!!!!
I've been training with Lucas for about a year. I am 53-years-old, and had absolutely no experience with working out when I started. I was nervous and self conscious, but Lucas, with his easy going personality and great sense of humor, made me feel comfortable right away. I've had a few physical issues over the year, including back and knee problems, and Lucas has helped tremendously with his knowledge and expertise. He has been flexible when I've needed to change my scheduled sessions, and has expertly adjusted my training based upon my health at different times. I know it sounds corny, but working with Lucas has honestly changed my life! I feel so much healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and am a lot stronger than I was when I started. Making it to that first session was the hard part, but I'm so glad I stuck with it! Best decision I ever made! I highly recommend Lucas as a personal trainer!
