- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the way that I set up my pricing, was a process in which I asked myself how good do you think you really are. I confidently believe in myself, my knowledge, and my abilities. I fully intend to do the best job I possibly can every time with every client. the old adage you get what you pay for still stands strong. so in short I fully believe that the product that I am putting out there is worth the price. you get what you pay for. you should believe that you deserve to be happy in the s.kin you're in. I believe in that, and I believe in you. and will do all within my abilities to make sure that becomes reality
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to do a complete evaluation and assessment of the clients current abilities and determine if there are any pre-existing medical conditions that may or may not limit capability, Mobility, in which they are going to need to fully execute the exercises . I then painstakingly make a plan that works within specifications of any accommodations or disabilities the client may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a double Hall of Fame football player in both my high school and college I was selected to the Pro Bowl the first year I played semi-pro football I have been lifting weights to sustain the level of intensity and competition throughout all three levels which spaned over 12 years along the way learning the ins-and-outs of muscle gain muscle lean and different ways to keep your muscle groups performing at their peak level
