I had never done any gym workouts prior to finding Chitown Trainer, and I was worried it would be like a boot camp. But Konrad put all my fears to rest. He set me up with Zach, who is the perfect trainer for me. I began on March 1, 2015. Since then I've lost 25 pounds, toned up and just look and feel better than ever. My friends have really noticed the difference. And my self confidence is through the roof! I highly recommend them.
I am 61 yrs. old. I recently lost 15 lbs. and needed to firm up a bit. I wanted a trainer to come to me for the convenience and since my building has a gym. Mike has worked with me for about 4 weeks and I am seeing my body taking shape. Mike is very attentive and easy to work with. He returns messages promptly. He listens to what I would like to achieve. The work outs are well felt, but not so hard I feel like I'm doing boot camp. He provides nutritional support as well. He is always on time for my workouts. He is very patient. I attended Jason's Boot Camp and also have had some personal training time with him. He very much bases the exercises to the individual which in my case was beneficial. You are pushed to do your best but keeps your ability in mind. I'd highly recommend getting fit with him !
It was really difficult for me to work out because I couldn't get motivated and having a gym membership didn't help much either. After joinging Ian's boot camp class over a year ago I have a very different attitude toward exercising. Ian inspires you to succeed and strive for your goals. His encouragement, praise & humor creates an atmosphere that motivates you to push yourself to the max. The workout is different every time so you never get bored. I have worked with many trainers at gyms but there is no trainer like Ian. Thank you!

Hi. I started doing Roberts boot camps last April while he was here in NZ. They are great, always different, always challenging, they allow you to go at your own pace & challenge you to get better, fitter & stronger. Robert also does personal programmes for me & over the past year has been helping me train for walking events building my endurance mentally as well as physically. I am fitter & stronger than I have ever been. I started out with a 5k walk, progressed to 21ks & am now a month away from completing my next challenge being the Oxfam 50k Trailwalk. That's one kilometre for each year.? I will be able to do this thanks to Roberts help & support. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Each programme is tailor made to fit in with my lifestyle & to give me the greatest results for challenges. This boot camp is fun with kick butt work outs! She works you out and motivates you to do and be better! I couldn't ask for a better trainer and instructor.
I absolutely love this program! I did booty boot camp with my friends at the trainer was amazing and so convenient! Love that she came to my home! She was so energetic and really had us working! It was so much fun that we all forgot that we were working out! Next time we'll get pictures so we can share!
