As we began to plan our do-it-yourself event the day off details became a bit of a concern. We wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our guests. Keeping track or the vendors and when they were to arrive, meal service, bar service, etc. sounded more like work than fun. We reached out to Diane at Majestic Wedding Planners. Talk about someone that hits the ground running! She spoke with me for nearly a half an hour listening to the plans we had made to that point. By that evening she called me back with caterer and photo booth contacts that paid her fee TWICE OVER. The only hitch in the plan. A slip of the tongue. When I initially contacted Diane I said our event was to be on July 13 when it was actually on JUNE 13. Majestic Event Planners had already booked two events on our date. Of course we understood, but were also disappointed. We really felt that Diane was the go to - take charge person we wanted to make our event run smoothly. Diane felt bad as well and continued to work on our behalf. She fine tuned our caterer contract and made calls to find a trusted planner to handle our event. She even allowed us the use of their client section of Majestic's web page as a point of contact for family and guests. In this day and age it is rare to find someone that takes their business as seriously as they ought to. True professionals with follow through are diamonds in the rough. That Diane of Majestic Event Planners would dig in and help us with our planning without a contract speaks volumes! My assessment of Diane and her partner Michelle is simply this they do what they do because they love to help people far more than they love a pay day. When someone is passionate about their career it shows and these ladies are just that! If you are looking for worry free planning I highly recommend Majestic Event Planners.
I'd like to start by saying that I never thought that I needed a wedding planner. I was a super organized bride & I didn't need additional help...I had my bridesmaids, right?! Well let me say how wrong I was. I started to realize this after all the emails, meetings, virtual drawings from Sarah, when I was able to really visualize my wedding day long before it got there. Not only could I visualize it, but Sarah made sure that I had an accurate itinerary, made sure my vendors were all on the same page, and helped me think of things that I know never would have crossed my mind. On the day of my wedding I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how smoothly my day went because of her. She was like a little ninja, moving from one place to the next, coordinating each vendor and part of the wedding. She also set up my event and perfected every single detail. I had a rustic/country theme & she nailed it! I couldn't have been happier & cannot imagine how things would have went without her. Thank you again Sarah Kathleen Events for making it the most perfect, best day of my life!
Janice & Jennifer were perfect. These ladies are a must book! They went above and beyond to make my wedding dreams come true! Their props were great with a lot of variety and they made all of my guests feel welcomed. The bubble booth looked so cool inside the venue! The dance on a cloud effect made our entrance perfectly dramatic. Thank you both so much!
Deborah is an excellent wedding planner and designer. She is thoughtful, creative and very professional. She designed the flowers at my wedding and decorated each table exactly the way I envisioned my wedding. I highly recommend Deb. She knows what she is doing! And she cares deeply about people, she helped make my wedding day elegant!
Jessica did a great job with our day of wedding preparation. She was able to take what we envisioned for our center pieces, sweet table and guest book table; and bring them to life. She was a huge help because it took a lot of stress off our families since we didn't have to worry about getting our hall set up the day of the wedding.
Wow! There are not enough good things to say about Ashley and her team. Once I spoke with Ashley, I knew she was the right one for the job. She may be "newer" to this industry, but she delivered more than we could have ever asked. Our wedding was about 170 people and she helped organize everything on the day of from A to Z, there every step of the way. Every time I'd try to do something, she'd remind me to enjoy my big day and let her take care of it. If there were "concerns", I didn't know about them because she took care of it all. On the day of, she coordinated with all of the vendors perfectly, and at the end of the day, our wedding was perfect, and she is a big reason for that. If you have any doubts about her and her teams abilities, feel free to have her give you my contact info for a reference. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her work, professionalism, and her drive to make anyone's event the best day of their life. I wish I had photos to share, but we have not received them back yet. In any case, hire T.A.L.M.A! The best money you'll spend for your event.

Alexis was sooooo patient during this whole hoopla. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner than this girl! Not only did she taketime frame she wasn't irritated by my myriad of changes. She was bursting with awesome ideas to incorporate my husband's traditional values and my erratic hippie ways! Overall loved my crazy traditional Greek ortho wedding. Opa!
Sole Indulgences planned, decorated and catered my wedding on 08/26/2017. She was able to give me everything I asked for during our consultation and stayed within my budget. She did my baby's 1st birthday party. It was Elmo and Friends. She made a very memorable event. We had everything from Elmo Mascot down to Sugar free cupcakes (which were Good). Parents still talk about it!
