It has been almost a year now since I have been training and all I have seen so far is only ' Progress' with my weight loss goals . Jenny is a Professional and has the ability to review your current strengths and weakness in order to design a program that not only builds upon your strengths but ultimately helps you to suppress the weakness resulting into exceedingly productive health goals . Extremely knoweldgable with diet , nutrition and personal training which has helped me tremendously to adopt to a healthier lifestyle . Every workout is a new workout ; Every workout is different and you will never get bored with her sessions . Under Jenny's supervision I have succeded in shredding off body fat and gain muscle mass .
