I hired Jazmin a week before my wedding to be my day-of coordinator when I was stressed and panicked about my wedding coming up. She did everything she could to help me including meeting me at my hotel and going over things to help me feel more comfortable and we came up with a schedule. On my actual wedding day she came early and immediately started running around making sure everything was in order before I walked down the aisle. For the rest of the night she continued to make sure things were running smoothly so I could live in the moment and enjoy my wedding! I would recommend SOE for all of your needs! Aly helped me plan my wedding from beginning to end! She went with me to vendors and venues prior to the wedding, and was there the day of the wedding as well. On the day of the wedding, she helped coordinate hairstylists, accompanist for the ceremony, floral arrangements, food/snacks, and anything else the wedding party or I needed. Aly also collected the gifts and brought them to the hotel after the reception. The entire day went off without a hitch because she was there to handle every situation so that my husband and I enjoyed a stress-free wedding day! My husband and I did not realize how stressful planning our wedding would be. I know I literally felt like I was going to pull out my hair (and my fiancé's!!). Fortunately, a close friend suggested I hire a wedding coordinator to assist with the big day. Vibrant Moments saved our sanity! Shay and Janean were proactive, professional, organized, thoughtful, flexible and problem solvers. They reminded us about tasks we never even thought of. They also were informal marriage counselors during those planning conference calls when my fiancé and I had to make decisions LOL! But seriously, they helped us talk through some tough decisions related to the wedding ceremony and reception. Leading up to the wedding, they checked in with the bridal party and all the vendors to ensure our big day was perfect. And when the wedding day finally came, they were on the scene taking care of every detail, big and small. I mean, they showed up with this supply basket that had so much stuff in it it had to be like a magician's hat. One of my bridesmaid's needed a phone charger - they had that. One of my othe bridesmaid's broke her earring - they broke out the glue gun. They had tissues, mints...you name it. And most important, they were fun, had positive attitudes and truly made us feel like the success of our wedding was as important to them as it was to us. We can't thank them enough for all they did to help make our big day special.

We got married on New Years Eve 2016. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was. Anna Lisa is amazing. From flowers, center pieces, table decor and much more she was a pleasure to work with. Through out the process Anna Lisa made sure we were stress free as well as checking in to make sure we were happy with how things would turn out. I can sometimes be a little indecisive, so when it came to picking things out Anna Lisa was right there to make us feel like we were making the right decisions. I shared my ideas with Anna Lisa and she is so creative she was able to create something even better. She was very accommodating and and professional. Wow! There are not enough good things to say about Ashley and her team. Once I spoke with Ashley, I knew she was the right one for the job. She may be "newer" to this industry, but she delivered more than we could have ever asked. Our wedding was about 170 people and she helped organize everything on the day of from A to Z, there every step of the way. Every time I'd try to do something, she'd remind me to enjoy my big day and let her take care of it. If there were "concerns", I didn't know about them because she took care of it all. On the day of, she coordinated with all of the vendors perfectly, and at the end of the day, our wedding was perfect, and she is a big reason for that. If you have any doubts about her and her teams abilities, feel free to have her give you my contact info for a reference. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her work, professionalism, and her drive to make anyone's event the best day of their life. Joanna was the best florist I've worked with. From the start she was so personable. We met at Starbucks and spent over an hour looking at photos,clippings and ideas. She has a wealth of knowledge on every flower and will work with any idea you can imagine. Joanna was so flexible with my last minute changes, and even offered to help set things up for me at the wedding. I will recommend her whole heartedly and know if you pick this company you will not have 1 ounce of regret. I knew right away when I stood up in my sisters wedding that I had to have Cathie as my florist for my wedding. I knew it would be hard to top the beautiful bouquet on my sisters day but Cathie did! Cathie is always so easy to work with and knew my vision right away. I even remember there being a hiccup Bc the greenly I wanted was coming from Houston and that was the same time at the Hurricane. Cathie replaced it and I couldn’t even tell the difference. Also I told Cathie we were on a limited budget and didn’t want to spend a ton on flowers. Some florist would just skimp on the details but not Cathie, she did an amazing job! Everyone in my bridal party and wedding loved the flowers and thought our bouquets were stunning!!! How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
  • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer.
