- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of the system is determined based on the complexity of the required system and the materials necessary. We don't have hidden fees or deceptive warranties. We are straightforward,trustworthy and honest
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have some basic questions that help me determine what type of system the client will require. I explain thoroughly what it will involve and how it functions. I can typically give them a quote over the phone and I am extremely flexible with scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state licensed home inspector and radon mitigation professional. I also have a background as a turbine engine mechanic and over 15 years of mechanical experience.
