I've had the opportunity to take many yoga classes with Manal. She is a very intuitive and gentle teacher with strong understanding of the body and her cues are very helpful and imaginative. She definitely helps me stay present through some of my more challenging yoga poses and she always reminds us to stay with our breath and move through the challenges so we can gain the true benefits of the practice. Her attention to proper alignment, gentle strength, breathing and her sense of humor make for inspiring classes every time! I highly recommend Manal's yoga classes, she brings brightness and joy with her every time!

Susan is very supportive and fun to work with. She comes to each session on time and well prepared with a workout for me and my exercise partner. We are at different levels and she is able to modify for each of us. I am thoroughly happy with Susan and would recommend her highly. She also is trained in yoga and we plan to explore sessions in the near future! JM

Paula has been my yoga instructor for about 8 years. She instructs a whole class of people with Multiple Sclerosis and is able to adjust the poses for our different disabilities. She has helped me personally with my yoga breathing. Concentrating on my breath while getting an infusion has helped me stay conscience, which is a good thing! I don't know what I'd do without Paula Gardner in my life. She is truly a wonderful, giving person.

I originally started seeing her for massages because I was in a car accident. She really helped me get back to not being in a constant state of pain. Then, I started getting angel card readings from her. I have also hired her for yoga and personal training. She really knows her muscles. I've been her client for a few years now. She's done spa parties for me as well. She's great. She's like a one stop shop.

For 10 years, I have taught yoga, meditation and energy healing sessions to corporate employees, schools, athletes and private clients. I created and implemented the yoga program for patients and doctors at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute and have worked with professional athletes. I have worked with a client that I met on thumbtack and she has less back pain and more mobility in her hips in just 2 sessions.

Victoria is a excellent yoga teacher -- a solid 10. She has tremendous integrity with all the professional stuff. On the mat, she uses her knowledge and enpathetic intelligence to guide me through asana that benefits my body, meets my personal goals and considers my personal history (which includes arthritis and sports related surgeries). Each and every time we practice, I learn more about myself and get stronger to boot.

Nadia has been my yoga teacher for 2+ years. Her class is a style of hatha and restorative yoga, free of both judgement and jargon. I like that instead of coming in with a rigid plan, based on the latest workshop, instead Nadia reads the class, for that day, and teaches accordingly. It's all about the breath.

CallieAnn hails from the mossy, low country of Hilton Head Island, SC. Trekking to Chicago to attend DePaul University’s acting conservatory (also receiving a double major in International Religious Ethics); she was introduced to yoga through a required Iyengar course in college, taught by Gabriel Halpern, and fell hard for the practice. After studying Buddhism/meditation and the influence of Christianity in Japan/bicycling across the northern USA (one side to the other)building houses along the way (with the organization Bike & Build), and volunteering in Ecuador, she settled back in Chicago, deciding to teach yoga, the thing that kept her grounded through all the adventures. CallieAnn is passionate about helping students discover their bodies in new ways, embodying their full potential, and helping them tap into the inner and outer links. In the summer of 2015, she moved with her toddler, Caleb and husband, Matt, to southern Naperville and now teaches in the western suburbs and continues to teach in the city. She is E-RYT 200hr and received her certification from Yoga Now Chicago. She has taught Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga there for the past 7 years. She has also gone through Ashtanga adjustment training at Yoga Thailand, and completed the Forrest Foundational Certification with Ana Forrest in 2012. CallieAnn also assists with Teacher Trainings and teaches Forrest and various other styles/privates at the East Bank Club in Chicago. She is currently training to become 500 hour certified.
