It was great to have them work so quickly and air spray away the dust and dirt from the abandoned house.I will say I was not pleased that they said they were done and just left vent grates off the heaters and dust bunnies all over the floor and beds. It kind of defeats paying over $500 bucks for a duct vacuum that we... still have to vacuum up after. Also for the highest package of cleaning I was thinking vents included the dusty bathroom fan vents too. But I guess that is not technically HVAC so I still have to remove and dust those.It is odd that a company does not equip their employees with basic things like flathead screwdrivers in addition to Phillips head screwdrivers, rags, or step stools and knee pads for spaces a full ladder cannot be used. We felt happy to provide for all the guys working, but it again made the process feel more DIY--leaving us wondering what we are paying top package pricing for.Overall I'm not sure it was worth the high price. But it is done and I appreciate the cleaner air we now have. They were generally careful with our custom grates and trim kind of."See more
