    Sho is a very motivated hands on personal trainer! She takes your success as er client very personally. I contacted her because I needed help/motivation in losing weight for my upcoming birthday. In addition to helping me reach my goals she taught me things that will help keep the weight off. What I really liked was that even though I sometimes didn't like the workouts (that's why we hire them right? To make us do what we won't!!) they were never the same. Sometimes we worked out inside and sometimes outside. I was never bored...and I will never look at ordinary objects like park benches without thinking about exercise! I have also participated in her run club training programs and if they won't get you to love running then nothing will!! Sho is able to take people at all different fitness levels and make a runner out of you!
