Donna. Was. INCREDIBLE. I hired her for our wedding of over 120 people. She was not only a bartender, but literally a hostess. Many people (even my notoriously critical grandmother) commented on how she was everywhere doing everything - making a mean drink, clearing plates, making coffee, everything - and being so kind and pleasant and joyous in the process. Plus she came by to make me (the bride) a plate of food for dinner! She helped me make the list of what I would need, and worked with the drinks and mixers I provided to make even better drinks than I imagined. I requested an additional server to support her which she easily provided, and he was amazing as well. She was worth double the price and I can't recommend her enough.

Jennifer is fantastic ! You can tell she loves what she does. She is eloquent, professional, approachable and so easy to be with. Her sermon was talked about after the service because she took the time to get to know us and hit all of the key points of our wedding, love and blended family. She went with the flow considering we had a wedding in a home with large families. I would hire Jennifer again.

Rico and DJ Mambo are hands down the best duo i have ever seen at a wedding!! My wife and I had the honor to have them at our wedding this past friday 7-7-2017 and WOW what an amazing time. Rico is a fantastic Host and he brings such an incredible energy to the party. Their music selection was beyond perfect. These guys are true professionals and they were like family members in our party!! There was not one person sitting down once the party kicked off and im still having people talk about how fantastic Rico and DJ Mambo were at the party. If your planning a wedding, these guys are a MUST at your party!!!! Thank you Rico and Dj. Mambo for making our special day the best ever!!!

Church had to set up with decorations for a wedding which was done and Marvalous job she did... Then she had to decorate the hall which they only Gave her an hour... And with that hour she worked her magic and did a BEE TEE FUL and AMAZING JOB..LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, suggestions and conerns... If you are looking for the best DJ who really knows how to put on a good event this is the company. Josh was the DJ at our wedding and he really put on a good show. I still hear people talking about that wedding dance. Josh does great work and is very professional. If you hire them I personally guarantee a good time will be had by all!!

Donna and the Frankie’s team provided an exceptional meal for my parent’s 50th Anniversary party. She even honored a special request entree and provided numerous “extras” without charge. My husband and I did not realize how stressful planning our wedding would be. I know I literally felt like I was going to pull out my hair (and my fiancé's!!). Fortunately, a close friend suggested I hire a wedding coordinator to assist with the big day. Vibrant Moments saved our sanity! Shay and Janean were proactive, professional, organized, thoughtful, flexible and problem solvers. They reminded us about tasks we never even thought of. They also were informal marriage counselors during those planning conference calls when my fiancé and I had to make decisions LOL! But seriously, they helped us talk through some tough decisions related to the wedding ceremony and reception. Leading up to the wedding, they checked in with the bridal party and all the vendors to ensure our big day was perfect. And when the wedding day finally came, they were on the scene taking care of every detail, big and small. I mean, they showed up with this supply basket that had so much stuff in it it had to be like a magician's hat. One of my bridesmaid's needed a phone charger - they had that. One of my othe bridesmaid's broke her earring - they broke out the glue gun. They had tissues, mints...you name it. And most important, they were fun, had positive attitudes and truly made us feel like the success of our wedding was as important to them as it was to us. We can't thank them enough for all they did to help make our big day special.

Allana at City Chic Events was invaluable to us in planning and executing our daughter's wedding. She was professional, flexible, reasonable in price, approachable and available. She communicated with us as much as we needed her to. She was prompt in her responses and offered suggestions when asked. Allana worked quietly behind the scenes the day of the wedding. I found out, after the fact, that she had to repair my daughter's wedding dress after someone stepped on it. I never noticed!! Gordon from MajorMusiq Entertainment DJed my wedding in July 2013 - and we still have folks asking for his info so they can use him for their events as well! Having the perfect DJ was a HIGH priority for me and my husband - and Gordon did not disappoint. Not only was he extremely attentive to our music requests, but he also sprinkled in his own creative ideas throughout the night - some I never would have thought of myself - which truly helped make the whole wedding memorable. Gordon also was able to easily navigate the challenges of working at a venue (Pazzo's 311) that didn't have its own speaker system, and flawlessly executed smooth transitions/narration throughout the night. Plus, the icing on the cake: his services happened to be extremely affordable compared to other vendors in the area. Would definitely recommend his services!

I had a great time working with Dana for my July 2017 wedding at Salvage One and would highly recommend her as a day-of coordinator. Since she worked at Salvage One, she knew the venue well and knew what would work and what wouldn't. She helped me fine tune the details for the day-of activities and helped set up all my DIY decor. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day of so that my family or I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding. Thanks, Dana!

Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities.     • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
