Food was very tasty. My guests and I enjoyed the shrimp ceviche the most!! Just wish scallops were grilled longer. Also, the rice in the paella could have been cooked longer. Tamara kept the kitchen clean during prep/cooking. She was very nice and professional.

When instructing the cooking classes, she provides an amazing, relaxed, and fun atmosphere that puts everyone at ease. She also has a unique ability to quickly provide alternatives to suit your diet, or even what you have on hand in your kitchen. In terms of her personal chef services, she is flexible and easy to work with. She is a genius at making healthy whole food meals without compromising taste and satiety. I continue to recommend her to everyone I know.

Over the years, I witnessed Natasha Vittis talents as a professional chef/caterer on many occasions. I have seen her cater all types of events from small and intimate to large and more formal. I have noted a few of these occasions below. I was a guest at a sit-down farewell dinner party for 16 people that Natasha catered and served with her colleague. She worked closely with the hosts to determine the menu based on the hosts style and budget. She shopped, cooked, served the meal, and cleaned up afterwards. The hosts were able to enjoy themselves thoroughly while we all enjoyed a delicious meal. An acquaintance of mine used Natasha to cater a lobster boil for a 100 people. With support staff, Natasha executed the entire meal. This was not a small undertaking and the hosts were very pleased with the results. I have used Natashas services to cater a brunch for my sons birthday party. Natasha worked closely with me to finalize a menu. On the day of the party, she arrived early to prep the dishes and stayed during the party to replenish the food as needed. Afterwards, she helped clean up. The party was another success. In additional to Natashas talents as a chef, she has an energetic and positive personality that makes her a pleasure to work with. Not only is she committed to meeting her clients satisfaction, she maintains a calm and professional demeanor, which is so critical in this type of business.
We had a class of 30 kids. Although it was a large class Felicia was wonderful and went with the flow. She managed to go up to groups of kids and assist in their needs and questions. I would definitely have Felicia back for another event!
Sandra has cooked for me twice and I can tell you, this woman knows her craft well! I am impressed by each opportunity I have had to taste her food. My first meal was a delicious collection of delectable ham, smoked turkey collard greens, corn bread, mac and cheese. I was in heaven. The ham was perfectly balanced (not overly salty), the collard greens had the right touch of smokey goodness with delightful chunks of turnkey meat and the mac and cheese...wow! Nice crispy baked goodness with smooth rich and creamy cheese goodness. The corn bread was the topper. I had to share with a friend so they could taste but then immediately thought, "I'll have to get more!" The second meal was a delicious spaghetti dish with garlic bread and a delicious salad. Wow again! The meat was in generous form here - a mix of quality ground beef and Italian sausage. I was in heaven! The sauce was delightfully balanced- flavorful and zesty but again, not salty! The garlic bread! I had to ask her how she made it because it was infused with flavor. Simply but delectable! The salad was not your lettuce and a few veggies affair. It was kale-based with chunks of apple, tomato, onion and many other favorites of mine. Truly, a dish that could be so bland and boring turned out to be another delight. Sandra asked me what I liked prior to cooking and did she deliver. Her use of spices is amazing. I keep going back to balanced and it is true. The flavor profile was amazingly great! I highly recommend Sandra. Not only does she deliver on the promise of making tasty food from the heart, she is a great teacher (she explained to me how to make the garlic bread her way) and she's a quality person. A delight on all fronts!
Tony is a fabulous chef! I hired him for a baby shower and everything was delicious, everyone raved about the food and there was definitly more than enough for everyone! I have aslo been to other events that he cooked for as well and never ever disapointed, lots of flavor and variety! I attended a cooking class as well and it was fun and learned more than just cooking recipes! Love love love him

Mary's cooking classes are both fun and educational. Mary has an easy going style, yet she keeps you on track with easy to follow recipes and a helping hand when you need it. I am such a fan that I've taken 7 different classes with Mary! I've learned how to make bread and the jam and butter to put on it, pasta, apple pie and cheese! It's most fun when you bring a friend or two and make it a group outing.
Chef Todd was the utmost professional. He arrived at my home ready to teach me and 4 friends the keys to preparing a great meal and some much needed kitchen skills. He was amazing that he had the ability to fine tune the class to each of our skill levels. He was able to multi-task and give us basically 5 individual class while making us not feel left out. It was absolutely the best class I have ever taken and looking to take more in the future. I highly recommend his class and information to anyone looking to learn more about cooking.
