I started working with Weightloss Transformation a little over a year ago. I started working with Andie back in October of 2012. Then I was 40lbs overweight and completely out of shape. I highly recommend Jill and her team from Destination Fitness. I used her trainer Suzanne to have her help me with strengthening and balancing exercises after my knee surgery. I really loved the water exercises she created for me. After working with Suzanne, my doctor was so impressed with my quick recovery. The story begins about 6 years ago, when I met Steve at Xsport Fitness in Libertyville IL. I was working, and still work with another trainer over there, but Steve and I immediately hit it off as friends. He always took the time out of his busy day in between clients when I was there, to stop by and ask how I was doing, and offer encouragement and compliments, of which I really appreciated and always remembered. I was involved in many of the Xsport weight loss competitions they have called the GetFit Challenge, of which many of Steve's clients were also involved in as well. I have won 2 of them myself, and I know Steve has had numerous winners of that challenge as well. So when my current trainer was having a hard time fitting me in for an extra day at the gym, I knew who I should call, and I am glad I called Steve Steve. He was still the very friendly and professional guy I used to know at Xsport, and he was very flexible in working me into his schedule to allow me to stay on track with my fitness goals. He works me out differently than any other trainer I have ever had, and I get a great workout when I'm with him. He seems to always have something different to do. On top of that, it's hard for me to get my heart rate up, but he pushes me just that much to do that! God works in mysterious ways, and He was at work here when I was in need. Thanks Steve, I appreciate it!
Joe has taught me so many things so far in strength training! Every session I walk away with something new...I found him to very adept in the area of fitness. I also appreciated the fact that he knows exactly when & how to modify the movement(s) which keep it challenging & beneficial to me in obtaining my goals.

Chris Lee is a great trainer was training with him for a while before I moved out of state or I would still be working with him. He go me to where I wanted to be fitness wise. He taught me alot of different excercises that I still use. He good at working out every type of muscle group. He will be there to push you and get you where you wanna be. Remember though results a two way street. You have to be dedicated outside and inside the gym.
Kevin has been an amazing personal trainer. He has been extremely inspirational and motivating. He has the knowledge and experience to give me the confidence to succeed and overcome my own barriers. Kevin has a fantastic personality that makes me want to work harder. His inspiration is so encouraging and infectious. He is an energetic and positive leader. He doesn't command perfection, he inspires effort. Kevin has shown me several techniques to improve my exercises and reduce strain on my body. He pays very close attention to form and will make subtle changes based on fitness level and experience. Kevin has inspired me to work harder and shown me that I can achieve my fitness goals.
Brent has been my personal trainer for 3 years now. I had never worked one-on-one with a trainer before I met Brent. I started with just once a week, then twice a week and now three times a week. If it were not for Brentâs knowledge, encouragement and patience, I would have given up long ago. He took the time to ask and listen regarding my goals and physical limitations. He has constantly tailored my program to help me achieve short term goals, as well as working toward long term goals. He has an encouraging and challenging way about him that has you doing things you never knew you could, and he does not bark or bully you. My daughter and son spent the winter off season working with Ryan at Right Body Fitness. He always had a workout plan. They followed the plan and utilized every minute doing meaningful work. I was also impressed with the wealth of knowledge Ryan possessed and his willingness to share them with us.
