I really enjoyed training with Elizabeth. I had hit a plateau in my fitness and she was able get me a good training routine which helped propel my level of fitness ASAP!!!. She always gave me good feed back and pointers in my workouts, (correcting my form, speed of my repetitions, and keeping my rest time minimal between exercises).
